M建设公司X项目质量管理研究

【摘要】：本文以M建设公司X项目的质量管理作为研究对象,通过运用建设工程项目管理理论及建设工程项目质量管理理论,分析了M建设公司X项目的质量管理和控制现状,揭示了M公司在对X项目的质量管理过程中出现的如责任、权力和义务脱节，建设工程项目质量管理体系不健全等存在的问题。本文通过对项目进行认真客观的调查研究，对国内外的一些先进的质量管理理论分析思考，，在此基础上提出了针对本项目的质量管理与控制改进措施。对M建设公司X项目的质量管理水平有一定的促进作用。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the quality management of X project in M Construction Company as the research object. By using the theory of construction project management and the theory of quality management of construction project, this paper analyzes the present situation of quality management and control of X project in M construction company. This paper reveals the problems existing in the quality management of X project in M Company, such as the disconnection of responsibility, power and obligation, the unsound quality management system of construction project and so on. In this paper, through a serious and objective investigation and study of the project, some advanced quality management theories at home and abroad are analyzed and pondered, and on this basis, the improvement measures for the quality management and control of the project are put forward. To M construction company X project quality management level has certain promotion function.
