九州通医药物流中心货位分配及拣选作业优化研究

【摘要】:摘要:近年来,随着现代化物流技术和自动化信息技术的发展,自动化立体仓库得到了越来越广泛的应用。而医药物流行业也由于其药品种类繁多、批量小、出入库频繁等特点,对物流仓储要求更加严格,对物流效率要求更高。因此,自动化立体仓库作为物流系统的一个重要组成部分,在医药物流领域中起着至关重要的作用。企业的物流管理水平直接影响着企业的市场竞争力,而仓储管理中的出入库效率又是物流管理中的关键一环。为了更加有效地管理自动化立体仓库,提高整体作业效率,要求对货位分配进行优化,对堆垛机拣选作业路线进行优化,以提高仓库布局的合理性,减少货品的搬运和存储成本,降低在存储过程及搬运过程中所损耗的时间和空间,从而降低物流成本,提高收益。因此本文展开了自动化立体仓库货位分配及拣选作业优化方面的研究。主要工作包括如下几个方面: 首先,简要地介绍了医药物流和自动化立体仓库的发展现状,从货位分配优化和拣选作业优化两个方面分析了国内外学者的最新研究成果,并在此基础上提出了本文的研究方向。 其次,介绍了自动化医药物流中心货位分配优化及拣选作业优化的相关理论基础,包括医药物流中心的概念、功能、特点和管理重点;自动化立体仓库的概念、组成与特点;还有货位分配优化的原则、作用、实现手段;以及拣选作业优化的意义、原则、方法等。 然后,提出了自动化医药物流中心的存储策略,针对医药物流中心内存储的医药品的特点,模拟了仓库布局图,建立了货位分配优化的模型,该模型分别以出入库效率高的货物靠近仓库出口和同族药品靠近摆放为目标函数。本文选取遗传算法求解此多目标优化问题。然后以九州通医药集团物流中心的自动化立体仓库为对象进行了实例分析,得到较为理想的优化结果和仿真图像。 接着,本文就物流中心的拣选策略进行了简要分析,将拣选作业优化问题转化成旅行商问题,以巷道堆垛机行走时间最短为目标建立数学函数模型,采用九州通医药集团物流中心的真实数据,运用蚁群算法进行求解,在Matlab中进行编程优化,其结果显示算法切实有效。 最后,本文总结了所做的研究工作,提出了本文的不足之处,希望在未来的学习和研究中能够得到进一步完善。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, with the development of modern logistics technology and automation information technology, automated warehouse has been more and more widely used. The pharmaceutical logistics industry also has the characteristics of a wide variety of drugs, small quantities, frequent storage, and so on, so the requirements for logistics storage are more strict, and the logistics efficiency is higher. Therefore, as an important part of logistics system, automated warehouse plays an important role in the field of pharmaceutical logistics. The level of logistics management has a direct impact on the market competitiveness of enterprises, and the efficiency of warehousing management is a key link in logistics management. In order to manage the automatic warehouse more effectively and improve the efficiency of the whole operation, it is necessary to optimize the distribution of the cargo space and the route of the picking operation of the stacker to improve the rationality of the layout of the warehouse. Reduce the cost of goods handling and storage, reduce the time and space lost in the process of storage and handling, thereby reducing logistics costs and increasing revenue. Therefore, this paper starts the research on the distribution of freight spaces and the optimization of picking operations in automated warehouse. The main tasks include the following: First of all, the development of medical logistics and automated warehouse is briefly introduced, and the latest research results of domestic and foreign scholars are analyzed from the aspects of location allocation optimization and picking operation optimization. On this basis, the research direction of this paper is put forward. Secondly, it introduces the theoretical basis of the optimization of the distribution of goods and the optimization of picking operation in the automatic medical logistics center, including the concept, function, characteristics and management emphasis of the medical logistics center, the concept, composition and characteristics of the automated three-dimensional warehouse. There are the principles, functions and means of optimizing the distribution of goods, as well as the significance, principles and methods of the optimization of picking operations. Then, the storage strategy of the automatic medicine logistics center is put forward. According to the characteristics of the medicine medicine stored in the medicine logistics center, the layout diagram of the warehouse is simulated, and the model of optimizing the distribution of the goods is established. The objective function of the model is that the goods with high inputting and storage efficiency are close to the warehouse export and the medicines of the same kind are placed near the warehouse. In this paper, genetic algorithm is selected to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. Then taking the automatic warehouse in the logistics center of Kyushu-Tong Pharmaceutical Group as an example, the optimal results and simulation images are obtained. Then, this paper makes a brief analysis on the picking strategy of logistics center, transforms the optimization problem of picking operation into a traveling salesman problem, and establishes a mathematical function model aiming at the shortest walking time of the laneway stacker. By using the real data of the logistics center of Kyushu Tong Medical Group, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the programming optimization is carried out in Matlab. The results show that the algorithm is effective and effective. Finally, this paper summarizes the research work done, put forward the shortcomings of this paper, hope to be further improved in the future learning and research.
