基于集成场理论的物流链与制造供应链融合研究

【摘要】：近年来，对于两业联动的研究越来越多，专家学者们从制造业与生产性服务业的关系、制造业与物流业的作用机制、制造业与物流业联动发展模式和制造业与物流业联动发展的实证研究等方面进行分析和讨论。但是，对于物流企业（集成体）主导的物流链与制造企业（集成体）主导的供应链融合研究较少，因此，物流链与制造供应链两链融合问题的研究，将在一定程度上促进两业联动的发展。本文在集成场理论等基础上，以“基于集成场理论的物流链与制造供应链融合研究”作为研究主题，叙述了两链融合的发展过程、根据制造业生产流程的分类，物流链选择切入制造供应链的切入点、切入方式以及两链融合的内容与巩固措施，以期能对物流企业（集成体）主导的物流链与制造企业（集成体）主导的供应链的融合起到理论和现实指导意义。在对物流链的概念与特征、供应链的概念及其理解、集成场理论、基核和联接键等相关基础理论阐述的基础上，就集成场视角下两链融合的问题，从动态角度阐述两链融合的发展过程，分析了制造业生产流程分为离散型、连续型和混合型三类，，针对不同的制造业生产流程选择不同的切入点，通过对104家全国示范性物流企业的统计分析，确定物流企业（集成体）主导的物流链可以以资源物流商、功能物流商、集成物流商和集成供应商的切入方式切入到制造企业（集成体）主导的供应链，最后给出了两链进行融合的内容与巩固措施。希望本文可以对两业联动的发展提供一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been more and more studies on the linkage between the two industries. Experts and scholars have focused on the relationship between manufacturing and producer services, the mechanism of manufacturing and logistics. This paper analyzes and discusses the linkage development model of manufacturing industry and logistics industry and the empirical research on the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry. However, there is little research on the integration of logistics chain dominated by logistics enterprise (integrator) and supply chain dominated by manufacturing enterprise (integrator). Therefore, the integration of logistics chain and manufacturing supply chain is studied. It will promote the development of linkage between two industries to a certain extent. On the basis of integration field theory, this paper takes "Research on Logistics chain and Manufacturing supply chain Fusion based on Integration Field Theory" as the research theme, describes the development process of two-chain fusion, according to the classification of manufacturing production process. Logistics chain selection cuts into the manufacturing supply chain entry point, cut into the way and the content of the integration of the two chains and consolidation measures, It is expected to play a theoretical and practical guiding role in the integration of logistics chain dominated by logistics enterprise (integrator) and supply chain dominated by manufacturing enterprise (integrator). On the basis of the concept and characteristics of logistics chain, the concept and understanding of supply chain, the theory of integration field, the basic core and connection key and so on, this paper discusses the integration of two chains from the perspective of integration field. This paper expounds the development process of two-chain fusion from the dynamic point of view, and analyzes that the manufacturing process is divided into three types: discrete type, continuous type and mixed type, and selects different entry points for different manufacturing processes. Through the statistical analysis of 104 national demonstration logistics enterprises, it is determined that the logistics chain dominated by logistics enterprises (integrators) can be used as resource logistics providers and functional logistics providers. Integrated logistics providers and integrated suppliers cut into the supply chain dominated by manufacturing enterprises (integrators). Finally, the contents and consolidation measures of the integration of the two chains are given. I hope this paper can provide some help for the development of the two industries.
