转型时期我国非公有制企业劳资冲突发生机制及管理策略研究

【摘要】:目前我国面临社会结构的变迁、经济体制的转型,从计划经济时期全民及集体所有制单一的劳动关系向市场经济时期不同所有制、多种经济成分构成的劳动关系进行转变,与此同时还伴随经济全球化纵深发展的现实境况。中国进入了快速发展期,同时也走进了矛盾频发的关键期。人们的注意力也已经从经济发展的增幅数字转向社会的不和谐之音。社会体制转型进化过程中遗留的劳资相关主体间的矛盾和冲突就是人们最为关注且最突出的社会经济问题之一。新的社会经济形势下,劳动关系管理的水平严重滞后于经济发展的态势,偏激的社会心理导致劳资冲突频繁发生,,社会和谐及经济可持续发展面临严峻挑战。非公有制企业作为我国经济发展的重要支撑力量,经由经济结构的转变,吸纳了大量的劳动力,成为劳资冲突最为集中、频繁发生的企业类型。因此基于非公有制企业劳资冲突的研究对于构建和谐劳动关系、和谐企业、和谐社会至关重要。本文以非公有制企业作为研究对象,深度探讨非公有制企业劳资冲突发生原由,并在实证研究的基础上,剖析非公有制企业劳资冲突发生机制并提出新型劳动关系管理实践。对转型时期非公有制企业劳资冲突机制及管理策略的研究可以为各级政府、行政机关、社会组织及企业在解决劳资冲突、化解劳资矛盾的道路上提供一定的理论借鉴,为构建现阶段中国道路下和谐的劳动关系提供理论启示和现实依据。
[Abstract]:At present, China is faced with the change of social structure and the transformation of economic system, from the single labor relationship between the whole people and the collective ownership in the planned economy period to the labor relations under different ownership systems and various economic components in the period of market economy. At the same time also accompanied by economic globalization in depth development of the real situation. China has entered a period of rapid development, but also entered the key period of frequent contradictions. Attention has also shifted from economic growth figures to social dissonance. The contradiction and conflict between labor and capital related subjects left over in the process of social system transformation and evolution is one of the most outstanding social and economic problems that people pay most attention to. Under the new social and economic situation, the level of labor relations management lags behind the situation of economic development, extreme social psychology leads to frequent labor conflicts, social harmony and sustainable economic development is facing severe challenges. As an important supporting force of China's economic development, non-public enterprises have absorbed a large number of labor force through the transformation of economic structure, and become the most concentrated and frequent types of enterprises in labor conflicts. Therefore, the research based on labor conflicts in non-public enterprises is very important to the construction of harmonious labor relations, harmonious enterprises and harmonious society. This paper takes the non-public enterprises as the research object, deeply discusses the causes of the labor conflicts in the non-public enterprises, and on the basis of the empirical research, analyzes the mechanism of the labor conflicts in the non-public enterprises and puts forward a new type of labor relations management practice. The study on the mechanism and management strategy of labor conflict in non-public enterprises during the transition period can provide some theoretical reference for governments, administrative organs, social organizations and enterprises in resolving the conflicts between labor and capital at all levels. It provides theoretical enlightenment and practical basis for the construction of harmonious labor relations under the present Chinese road.
