万达集团战略采购管理规划研究

【摘要】:随着时代的不断进步,传统意义上采购已经不能适应于目前企业的快速发展,企业的采购活动已经不仅仅只是原材料的采购,同时还包括产品的设计、产品的生产管理以及质量管理多方面的采购活动。所以,当前我们只有改变传统的采购观念,转变自身思想,才能够更好的促进企业采购活动进行,更好的促进企业发展。 网络的快速发展,使采购活动也不再是仅仅进行小范围的供应商之间的比较,而是要通过专业的供应市场分析,对于当前经济的整体宏观形势作出比较精准的判断。就好比万达集团作为建筑商,对于建筑材料的采购当然是必不可少的,这是万达集团作为采购商,应该清楚当前的经济形势,深入分析相关政策对于原材料价格有哪些影响,会有多大的浮动,这样在进行采购时就会有充分的把握。所以说,对供应商进行战略判断,进行战略分析,是必不可少,只有当采购管理和战略管理相互作用,只有和供应商达到战略匹配,建立起一种长期的战略合作关系,才能够更好的促进相关采购活动的顺利进行,特别是在价格方面与供应商之间会达到双赢。 战略采购管理从本质上来说,就是一种和供应商进行战略合作的模式,是一种战略意义上的采购管理,它是一种长期的关系,是一种业务供给渠道,而且是在企业最低成本的基础上进行的,并不是当前以最低价格进行的一次性或者短期性质的简单交易。它在某种意义上来说,能够充分平衡企业内部以及外部各方面的资源,展现自身优势,实现和供应商之间的共赢,注重长期的战略合作关系,是一种适应于新时代下的采购管理模式。 战略采购管理,是采购管理的发展方向,是现代企业管理的重要内容,对企业供应链的优化和企业的长远发展起着重要的作用。同时随着商品生产和交换成为战略采购管理过程的重要组成部分以及企业利润的主要来源。在大型跨国制造公司中具有举足轻重的作用。 战略采购管理是一个核心的业务流程管理。基于对万达集团战略采购管理的研究,通过全球采购战略,集中采购,根据物料细分的采购策略和供应商的选择, 考虑整体合理的供应商管理和发展战略等。实现万达集团总体采购成本最低的方法策略。从以上几个方面的分析和分解,本文详细介绍了供应商的选择和评价的过程,如何在不同的情况采取相应的措施。战略采购管理在万达集团的企业,特别是提供采购计划和制造企业的管理参考中,它可以充分的发挥作用。

With the rapid development of the network, purchasing activities are no longer just a comparison between suppliers in a small area, but also a more accurate judgment on the overall macro situation of the current economy through professional supply market analysis. It should be clear about the current economic situation and make an in-depth analysis of the impact of relevant policies on the prices of raw materials. Strategic procurement management is the development direction of procurement management and an important content of modern enterprise management. It plays an important role in large multinational manufacturing companies. Strategic procurement management is a core business process management.
