从工作到做工——论职业神圣感与劳动创造性的丧失及“工作”的变异

【摘要】：在当今社会,被"工作"所压倒、击垮甚至"过劳死"的现象时有发生,人们对此已司空见惯。这种问题不只是利润的最大化追求使工作最大限度地挤占了用以保养身体和精神的"非生产时间"所致,而且还与"工作"本身相关。这主要体现在工作的"精神性"逐渐被剥离:一方面,在城市巨大的生活压力下,不得不将工作视为谋生手段使得"工作以外"的"职业神圣感"丧失;另一方面,在更高效率和更大利益的追求下,"分工"使得"工作本身"的"劳动创造性"丧失。职业神圣感和劳动创造性的丧失,使得工作的精神性一面消失殆尽,本来充满激情、讲究"艺术"的"工作"今天变异为铜臭弥漫、面目可憎的"做工"。多元的而不是单一的,创造性的而不是机械的,主动的而不是被迫的,是恢复工作的神圣感和创造性的根本原则,只有如此,才能使劳动从一种"负担"变成一种"快乐"。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the phenomenon of being overwhelmed by "work" and even "overworked" occurs from time to time, which has become commonplace. The problem is not only that the pursuit of profit maximizes the amount of "non-productive time" that is used to maintain the body and mind, but that it is also related to the "work" itself. This is mainly reflected in the gradual divestiture of the "spirituality" of work: on the one hand, the loss of the "occupational sanctity" of "outside of work" as a result of having to view work as a means of earning a living under the great pressure of living in the city; on the other hand, In the pursuit of higher efficiency and greater interest, the division of labor causes the loss of "labor creativity" of "work itself". The loss of occupational sacredness and labor creativity makes the spiritual side of work disappear. "work", originally full of passion and emphasis on "art", is mutated to "work" which is suffused with bronze smell and abominable. Pluralistic rather than monolithic, creative rather than mechanical, active rather than forced, are the fundamental principles for restoring a sense of holiness and creativity in work, which is the only way to change labor from a "burden" to a "pleasure".
