基于Petri网的第三方物流配送业务的建模与分析

【摘要】:随着信息技术的发展和经济全球化趋势,越来越多的产品在世界范围内生产、流通和消费,物流活动日益庞大和复杂,传统的第一方、第二方物流企业的经营方式无法满足市场需要,而第三方物流以其更高效的运作、更低廉的成本应运而生,市场、企业、客户对专业化、多功能的第三方物流需求日益增加。配送业务是第三方物流中的重要环节,体现了小范围内的所有物流活动,合理、优化的配送模式能够极大提高效率、降低成本。目前,针对第三方物流配送业务建模的方法有多种,Petri网以其严格的数学定义和准确的分析验证方法,被广泛应用于具有不确定性、并发性和资源共享的离散事件动态系统中,所以使用Petri网模型描述的第三方物流配送业务流程更为直观、易懂和准确。同时,为了克服Petri网的不足,本文引入了面向对象技术,极大的增强了模型的层次性和可重用性,更加符合配送业务流程的实际要求。本文首先从概念、特征、发展现状等方面介绍了现代物流,重点研究分析了第三方物流的配送业务模式和流程。其次,通过对离散事件动态系统的分析引出了Petri网作为建模工具的优势和特点,详细介绍了Petri网的基本理论、规则性质和分析方法。论文的核心内容是以把Petri网嵌入到面向对象技术中的方式,重新定义了面向对象的Petri网,并对其系统模型进行了改进;论文最后一章以西安某第三方物流企业为案例,针对配送业务实际问题建立了面向对象Petri网模型,进而分析了模型的基本性质和时间性质,在此基础上对该企业提出了减少时间、提高效率的可行性建议。最后,在总结全文的基础上指出了本文存在的不足和问题,并提出了改进的设想。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the trend of economic globalization, more and more products are produced, circulated and consumed around the world. The second party logistics business can not meet the needs of the market, but the third party logistics with its more efficient operation, cheaper cost came into being, the market, enterprises, customers for professional, multi-functional third party logistics demand is increasing. Distribution business is an important link in the third party logistics, which embodies all logistics activities in a small scope. Reasonable and optimized distribution mode can greatly improve the efficiency and reduce the cost. At present, there are a variety of Petri nets for the modeling of third-party logistics distribution business, which are widely used in discrete event dynamic systems with uncertainty, concurrency and resource sharing due to their strict mathematical definition and accurate analysis and verification methods. Therefore, the third party logistics business process described by Petri net model is more intuitive, easy to understand and accurate. At the same time, in order to overcome the shortage of Petri net, this paper introduces the object-oriented technology, which greatly enhances the hierarchy and reusability of the model, and meets the actual requirements of the distribution business process. This paper first introduces the modern logistics from the aspects of concept, characteristics and development status, and focuses on the analysis of the distribution business model and process of the third party logistics (TPL). Secondly, through the analysis of discrete event dynamic system, the advantages and characteristics of Petri net as a modeling tool are elicited, and the basic theory, regular nature and analysis method of Petri net are introduced in detail. The core content of this paper is to redefine the object-oriented Petri net and improve its system model by embedding Petri net into object-oriented technology. The last chapter takes a third party logistics enterprise in Xi'an as an example. The object-oriented Petri net model is established to solve the practical problems of distribution business, and the basic properties and time properties of the model are analyzed. On the basis of this, some feasible suggestions for reducing time and improving efficiency are put forward for the enterprise. Finally, on the basis of summing up the full text, this paper points out the shortcomings and problems of this paper, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
