【摘要】：现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术，是企业降低物资消耗，提高劳动生产率以外的重要利润源泉，在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。烟草业的发展必将导致烟草物流行业的变化，烟草行业的物流战略应顺应国际烟草行业的发展，同时兼顾中国烟草业发展的历程与特点。湖南白沙物流有限公司作为长烟供应链上重要的一环，需要有一个中长期的发展战略规划和目标，来指导公司实现快速、健康的跨越发展，为湖南烟草提供更好的服务。本文在对战略管理理论进行简要回顾的基础上，结合白沙物流公司自身实践阐明研究背景和意义，并进一步确立了论文的研究思路和框架。文章首先对白沙物流公司的内部资源进行了分析，主要讨论了公司目前的组织结构与市场定位、人力资源现状、盈利能力分析、业务运作能力分析等几个方面的经营能力，由此得出白沙物流公司具备的竞争优势与劣势。其次，对白沙物流公司的外部环境进行了分析，从行业角度分析了烟草物流的现状；从社会经济环境角度分析了当前的政策形势；从竞争结构出发分析了卷烟的市场竞争结构，由此得出白沙物流公司所面临的机遇和挑战。再次，借助SWOT分析，探讨白沙物流公司发展可供选择的战略，明确了公司发展的战略目标，制定出白沙物流公司的总体发展战略和业务发展战略。最后，为保障战略的有效实施，，讨论了实施战略的保障措施。白沙物流公司的发展战略研究具有重要的现实意义，不仅能对白沙物流公司的方向性决策起到参考和促进作用，为其日后的长足发展打下坚实的基础，而且对其他烟草物流企业也有借鉴和启示作用。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics, as an advanced organization and management technology, is an important source of profit for enterprises to reduce material consumption and improve labor productivity, and plays an important role in the development of national economy and society. The development of tobacco industry will inevitably lead to the change of tobacco logistics industry. The logistics strategy of tobacco industry should conform to the development of international tobacco industry and take into account the course and characteristics of the development of Chinese tobacco industry. Hunan Baisha Logistics Co., Ltd., as an important part of long tobacco supply chain, needs a medium and long term strategic plan and goal to guide the company to realize rapid and healthy development and to provide better service for Hunan tobacco. On the basis of a brief review of the strategic management theory, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research combined with the practice of Baisha Logistics Company itself, and further establishes the research ideas and framework of the thesis. This paper first analyzes the internal resources of Baisha Logistics Company, mainly discusses the company's current organizational structure and market positioning, human resources status, profitability analysis, business operation ability analysis, and so on. From this, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Baisha Logistics Company. Secondly, the paper analyzes the external environment of Baisha Logistics Company, analyzes the current situation of tobacco logistics from the perspective of industry, analyzes the current policy situation from the perspective of social and economic environment, and analyzes the competitive structure of cigarette market from the perspective of competition structure. As a result, Baisha logistics company is faced with the opportunities and challenges. Thirdly, with the help of SWOT analysis, this paper discusses the development strategy of Baisha Logistics Company, clarifies the strategic objectives of the development of the company, and formulates the overall development strategy and business development strategy of Baisha Logistics Company. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, discussed the implementation of the strategy of security measures. The research on the development strategy of Baisha Logistics Company is of great practical significance, which can not only serve as a reference and promotion for the directional decision of Baisha Logistics Company, but also lay a solid foundation for its rapid development in the future. And for other tobacco logistics enterprises also have reference and inspiration.
