【摘要】：正中国持续30多年的城市化过程中,大量人口由乡村聚集到城市,到2010年,全国约一半人口生活在城市。毫无疑问,这一世界上规模空前的城市化进程对中国人口的分布、资源的消耗和环境的效应已经产生了或者将要产生持久的重大影响。需要关注的是在这一城市化进程中,短期内快速发育形成的若干超大城市,还没有经历过超大规模社会经济系统与其生态环境系统的彼此长期相互适应的考验。城市的规模不可能不受资源环境约束而无限制扩
[Abstract]:In the course of urbanization in China for more than 30 years, a large number of people are gathered from rural areas to cities. By 2010, about half of the population in China will live in cities. There is no doubt that this unprecedented process of urbanization in the world has had or will have a lasting and significant impact on the distribution of Chinese population, the consumption of resources and the effects of the environment. What needs to be paid attention to is that in the process of urbanization, a number of mega-cities developed rapidly in a short period of time have not experienced the test of long-term mutual adaptation between the super-large social economic system and its ecological environment system.
