青岛市旅游企业标准化管理探究

【摘要】:旅游业已经成为青岛市亮丽的城市名片。但发展的同时也要清醒地看到,管理不到位、服务不规范,旅游产品层次较低、精品较少,旅游企业综合实力不强等,仍是长期困扰旅游企业发展的突出问题。这些问题表明,青岛市旅游企业发展到今天,实际上已处在一个瓶颈制约期。 要在更高平台上实现更大突破,关键是抓住标准化打造这一机遇,旅游标准化体系的构建,可以说是城市旅游业发展的生命线,它能更加有效的引领着旅游城市的发展走向否科学化、规范化和国际化。标准化也是提高旅游企业质量层次的必由之路。加强旅游标准化建设,能够有力推动旅游企业转型升级。从国际整个旅游经济发展的大方向来看,统一各种服务和接待的标准,建立一套通用的标准化服务体是未来旅游经济发展的大趋势,这样才能从根源上有效的推动各国旅游接待服务质量的提高。而作为旅游产业重要的一个组成部分--旅游企业,从企业根源的服务体系抓起,切实理顺企业发展的管理标准、服务标准、操作流程等具体运作环节,对企业全方位的提升经济效益和社会效益有着积极的促进作用,这同样也是现代市场体制下全面推动旅游企业改革升级,增强旅游业在新一轮经济飞跃和国际竞争的重要手段。所以,相关旅游企业一定要结合自身发展的实际情况,客观的分析自己的优劣势,努力塑造自己的企业形象,打造自己的企业品牌,不仅注重企业硬件的打造上,更应注重内部“软件”的培育上,明确标准化建设的方向,把创建全国旅游标准化示范城市,与创建全国文明城市、加强城市精细化管理等工作有机结合起来,依靠标准来整合旅游资源、规范自身企业经营行为、提升旅游管理服务水平。只有各个旅游企业发展运作的标准体系建立起来,才能从基础层面主推整个城市旅游基础设施和服务功能的完善,配合基础的旅游服务设施---旅游交通、金融服务机构、旅游商品配套生产商、信息咨询等的发展和完善,从而全面促进城市旅游产业完善升级、效益增加,城市综合服务能力以及旅游环境的承载力,同时,也有效改善城市旅游发展的软环境,为了实现青岛市政府提出的“蓝色休闲之都、世界宜居城市”的旅游目标稳步前进,实现旅游业更好更快的发展。 本文通过国内外文献的研究总结,进一步强调标准化工作是旅游企业的基础性工作,更是旅游业发展的大势所趋,并针对青岛市两年多来推行旅游标准化工作的历程,在当前各国、各地全面推行旅游标准化运作的前提下,对青岛市旅游企业发展趋势做了全面而充分的论证和展望,针对试点企业出现的问题,将具体的标准化理论知识应用到实际问题中进行分析,总结经验,研究对策,探讨相应对策,构建一种新的可行的管理体系。为青岛市旅游企业全面推推进标准化建设,全方位提升旅游企业的管理水平和服务质量,,增强企业的竞争优势,尽快与世界接轨,增强企业的国际竞争实力,提供一定的应用参考价值。并对青岛市创建全国旅游标准化示范城市,将旅游业打造成我市经济的支柱性产业具有指导性意义。目前青岛市在这方面的研究还缺乏系统化,因此通过本文可为青岛市旅游企业全面推行旅游标准化工作提供理论借鉴。
[Abstract]:Tourism has become a bright city card in Qingdao, but it should be clearly seen at the same time that the management is not in place, the service is not standard, the level of tourism products is low, the quality of the products is less, and the comprehensive strength of the tourism enterprise is not strong. It is still a prominent problem that has plagued the development of tourism enterprises for a long time. These problems show that the tourism enterprises in Qingdao have developed to the city. Today, it's actually in a bottleneck period.
In order to achieve a greater breakthrough on a higher platform, the key is to seize the opportunity to standardize the tourism standardization system, which can be said to be the lifeline of the development of urban tourism. It can be more effective to lead the development of tourism cities to be scientific, standardized and international. Standardization is also to improve the quality of tourism enterprises. The only way is to strengthen the construction of tourism standardization, which can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism enterprises. From the big direction of the development of the international tourism economy, the unification of various services and reception standards and the establishment of a universal standard service body are the major trend of the development of the future tourism economy, so as to promote the effective promotion of each of the tourism economy. As an important part of the tourism industry, the tourism enterprise, the tourism enterprise, the service system from the enterprise root, the management standard of the enterprise development, the service standard, the operation process and so on, has a positive promotion to the all-round promotion of the economic and social benefits of the enterprise. It is also an important means to promote the reform and upgrade of tourism enterprises in the modern market system and enhance the tourism industry in a new round of economic leap and international competition. Therefore, the related tourism enterprises must combine the actual situation of their own development, analyze their own advantages and disadvantages objectively, make efforts to shape their own corporate image and build themselves. The enterprise brand not only pays attention to the building of the enterprise hardware, but also pays more attention to the cultivation of the internal "software", clear the direction of the standardization of the construction, the establishment of the National Tourism Standardization Demonstration City, the establishment of the national civilized city, the strengthening of the fine management of the city, and the integration of the tourism resources by the standard to standardize its own resources. In order to improve the service level of tourism management, only the standard system of the development and operation of various tourism enterprises can be established to promote the improvement of the basic facilities and service functions of the whole city from the basic level, and to cooperate with the basic tourism service facilities - tourism transportation, financial service institutions, tourist commodity supporting producers, and information. The development and perfection of consultation and so on, thus comprehensively promoting the improvement and upgrading of the urban tourism industry, increasing the benefit, the capacity of urban comprehensive service and the carrying capacity of the tourism environment, and also effectively improving the soft environment for the development of urban tourism. In order to achieve the "blue leisure capital of the world, the world is livable city", the tourism goal of Qingdao municipal government is steady. Move forward to realize the better and faster development of the tourism industry.
Through the study of the literature at home and abroad, this paper further emphasizes that standardization work is the basic work of tourism enterprises, the trend of the development of tourism industry, and the course of promoting the standardization of tourism for more than two years in Qingdao, and on the premise of the comprehensive implementation of the standardized operation of tourism in all countries, the tourism of Qingdao is on the premise of all the countries. The development trend of the enterprise has been fully and fully demonstrated and prospected. Aiming at the problems arising from the pilot enterprises, the specific standardization theory knowledge is applied to the actual problems to be analyzed, the experience is summarized, the countermeasures are studied, the corresponding countermeasures are discussed, and a new and feasible management system is constructed. The construction of the standardized construction for the tourism enterprises in Qingdao is promoted. Set up, improve the management level and service quality of tourism enterprises in all directions, strengthen the competitive advantage of enterprises, connect with the world as soon as possible, strengthen the international competitive strength of the enterprises, provide certain reference value, and guide the establishment of the National Tourism Standardization Demonstration City in Qingdao and the pillar industry of our city's economy. At present, the research of Qingdao in this area is still lack of systematization, so through this paper, it can provide a theoretical reference for the comprehensive implementation of Tourism Standardization in Qingdao tourism enterprises.
