面向天津市社区超市的威科公司快速消费品配送模式研究

【摘要】:改革开放30多年以来,随着我国经济体制的改革和市场化进程的不断加快,城市居民在生活水平上有了很大的提升。从2003年以来,“社区”这个词走入了人们的视线,越来越多的社区开始兴建,居民已由原来的城镇化逐渐向社区化过渡。随着社区化水平的加快,社区居民的需求也不断提高,许多社区居民希望用最短的时间、走最近的距离买到自己需要的商品。基于这个原因,社区超市作为一种面向社区居民的新型超市业态,近些年里迅速地蓬勃发展起来。 目前,社区超市在中国受到了政府、企业、以及社区居民的高度重视,正处于高速发展阶段,但由于经验不足等原因,在发展中遇到了很多阻碍。而作为社区超市运营的环节之一,配送对社区超市的整体发展与战略布局都有着非常重要的作用,因此必须对社区超市的配送模式进行研究。 作为一种特殊类型的商品,快速消费品的消耗速度快,消耗量大,通常情况下是居民生活的必须品,,其销售渠道与一般的消费品有很大的不同,因此,快速消费品的配送应具有其独特的方式与特点。目前在我国,配送的发展还处于起步阶段,许多快速消费品的配送需求得不到满足。 本文指出了配送模式对社区超市及生产企业发展的重要性,将社区超市与快速消费品的配送结合起来,构建了威科公司面向天津市社区超市快速消费品的配送模式,分别对该模式中面向天津市区内社区超市、面向天津区县级社区超市以及面向自有配送中心的社区超市具体配送流程进行分析,提出了该模式中信息系统、第三方物流信用管理系统以及退换货系统的建设及管理的具体措施,最后运用定量的方法分析了该配送模式中的关键点,使其具有理论依据和现实意义,这是本文最大的创新点。 本文对威科公司面向社区超市的快速消费品配送架构建设、具体配送流程、相关平台建设等方面进行了阐述。运用因次分析法和基于信息熵的未确知测度法分别对该配送模式中配送中心的选址和物流服务商的选择进行研究,论证了其可行性以及未来的发展前景,对于促进我国社区超市及快速消费品的配送模式发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, with the reform of the economic system and the acceleration of the market-oriented process, the living standards of urban residents have been greatly improved. Since 2003, the word "community" has come to people's attention. More and more communities have begun to build, and residents have gradually transferred from the original urbanization to the community. With the acceleration of community level, the demand of community residents is also increasing, many community residents hope to use the shortest time, the nearest distance to buy their own goods. For this reason, community supermarket, as a new type of supermarket for community residents, has developed rapidly in recent years. At present, community supermarkets in China have been highly valued by the government, enterprises, and community residents, is in a high-speed development stage, but due to lack of experience and other reasons, encountered a lot of obstacles in the development. As one of the links of community supermarket operation, distribution plays a very important role in the overall development and strategic layout of community supermarket, so it is necessary to study the distribution mode of community supermarket. As a special type of commodity, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) consume fast and consume large amounts of goods, which are usually necessary for residents to live in. The sales channels of FMCG are very different from those of general consumer goods, so, The distribution of fast moving consumer goods should have its unique way and characteristic. At present, the development of distribution is still in its infancy in China, and the distribution demand of many fast moving consumer goods can not be satisfied. This paper points out the importance of distribution mode to the development of community supermarkets and production enterprises, combines the distribution of community supermarkets with fast moving consumer goods, and constructs the distribution model of fast moving consumer goods for Tianjin community supermarkets. This paper analyzes the concrete distribution flow of community supermarket in Tianjin city, county community supermarket in Tianjin district and community supermarket oriented to its own distribution center, and puts forward the information system in this model. Third party logistics credit management system and return and exchange system construction and management measures, finally using quantitative method to analyze the key points in the distribution model, so that it has theoretical basis and practical significance. This is the biggest innovation of this paper. In this paper, the construction of fast moving consumer goods distribution structure, the concrete distribution process and the related platform construction are described. By using the dimensional analysis method and the unascertained measure method based on information entropy, the location of distribution center and the choice of logistics service provider in the distribution mode are studied respectively, and the feasibility and the future development prospect are demonstrated. It is of great significance to promote the development of distribution mode of community supermarkets and fast moving consumer goods in China.
