紧凑城市中的土地利用特性分析

【摘要】：紧凑城市是可持续发展背景下对城市发展模式的新探索。其土地利用理念及原则包括:土地集约利用和多功能复合利用;坚持公共交通主导下的土地开发利用;秉持人性化的土地利用尺度;始终以节约土地、保护农耕地和绿地为宗旨,这些既是紧凑城市构成的核心价值原则,也是紧凑城市建设不可缺少的重要手段和方法。
[Abstract]:Compact city is a new exploration of urban development model in the context of sustainable development. Its land use concepts and principles include: intensive use of land and multifunctional complex use; adhere to public transport led land development and utilization; adhere to the human scale of land use; always to save land, The aim of protecting agricultural land and green space is not only the core value principle of compact city formation, but also an indispensable means and method of compact city construction.
