基于循环经济视角的废旧家电回收体系构建研究

【摘要】：中国已经迎来废旧家电报废的高峰期，每年的废旧家电报废量也在不断增多。根据笔者的研究预测，国内一些主要的废旧家电产生量将在2014年突破1亿多台。如此庞大的废旧家电报废量，给当前中国的自然环境带了影响，，引发了笔者对发展循环经济的思考。通过对国内废旧家电回收体系的系统研究，发现国内废旧家电回收市场体系尚未形成，处于一种无序混乱的状态。本文正是结合了上述研究情况，尝试对废旧家电回收体系进行研究。本文分析了国内废旧家电回收市场之后，对废旧家电回收环节的各个节点进行了详细地介绍，初步设计了废旧家电回收物流网络结构，并据此构建了循环经济下废旧家电回收体系模型。该模型所设定的变量贴合实际，将对国内废旧家电回收企业科学、合理地布局回收物流网络提供有益参考。针对研究过程中发现的国内废旧家电回收市场存在的问题，本文结合研究成果提出了相关对策：1）经济激励与非经济激励相结合；2）运用循环经济理念设计家电产品，使用新材料；3）创新废旧家电回收渠道；4）重视对家电产品回收技术的开发。
[Abstract]:China has already ushered in the peak period of scrapping old household appliances, and the amount of discarded household appliances is increasing every year. According to the author's research, the production of some major used household appliances in China will exceed 100 million units in 2014. Such a huge amount of scrapped household appliances has influenced the natural environment of China and caused the author to think about the development of circular economy. Through the systematic research on the recycling system of domestic used household appliances, it is found that the domestic recycling market system of used household appliances has not been formed yet, and is in a state of disorder. Based on the above research, this paper tries to study the recycling system of used household appliances. After analyzing the domestic recycling market of waste home appliances, this paper introduces in detail each node of the recycling link of waste home appliances, and preliminarily designs the logistics network structure of recycling waste home appliances. Based on this, the recycling system model of waste household appliances is constructed. The variables set by the model are practical and will provide a useful reference for domestic waste appliance recovery enterprises scientifically and rationally layout of recycling logistics network. In view of the problems found in the domestic recycling market of used household appliances in the course of the research, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures: 1) combining economic incentives with non-economic incentives (2) designing household appliances with the concept of circular economy. Using the new material No. 3) innovating the recycling channel of used household appliances. 4) paying attention to the development of recycling technology for household appliances.
