长沙高速物流园项目建设方案研究

【摘要】：物流园区是对物流组织管理节点进行集中建设与经济开发的城市物流功能区域,它是物流业发展到一定阶段所产生的先进管理模式,并且在美国、日本、德国等发达国家得到了飞速发展。物流园区以产品仓储、货物运输、商品流通加工为主要功能,还提供信息咨询、设备维修、综合服务等功能。物流园区能发挥物流产业的聚集效应,全面整合各种物流资金、技术、信息等资源,进一步推动全社会物流业的现代化发展,对于促进物流业技术与服务的升级,改善物流运营环境,加快物流企业成长,推动第三方物流的发展,整合现有物流资源,缓解城市交通压力和改善生态环境等方面发挥重要的作用。本文针对国内外物流园区研究现状进行了广泛调查研究,查阅了大量文献。分析了我国目前物流园区规划及运作的基本情况,牢牢把握住物流园区规划设计的重点,结合长沙高速物流的基本情况,在深入细致地对长沙高速及周边情况进行调查的基础上对长沙高速物流园区进行详细的规划设计,主要工作如下： 1.通过深入细致的调研以及与相关方面的沟通了解项目背景,明确项目定位、主要建设内容,同时对项目建设的选址条件及相关建设条件进行详细分析。 2.通过对长沙高速周边区域的了解、对长沙市物流需求、长沙县未来工业发展与货运量以及高速公路货运增长情况进行预测；结合对冷链这种特殊物流模式的市场前景,尤其在长株潭地区的发展前景进行分析,进一步明确长沙高速物流园市场环境。 3.针对工程技术、设备与制冷系统、规划与布局、公用工程、土建工程等方面进行详细规划设计 4.针对项目建设存在的技术、经济、组织管理、市场、社会法规、环境等方面存在的风险进行分析。同时,分析项目对社会的影响以及与所在地的相互适应性。
[Abstract]:Logistics Park is a functional area of urban logistics, which focuses on the construction and economic development of logistics organization and management node. It is an advanced management mode produced by the development of logistics industry to a certain stage, and in the United States, Japan, Developed countries such as Germany have developed rapidly. Logistics Park to product warehousing, freight transport, commodity circulation processing as the main function, but also provide information consulting, equipment maintenance, comprehensive services and other functions. Logistics parks can bring into play the agglomeration effect of logistics industry, integrate all kinds of logistics funds, technologies, information and other resources, further promote the modernization of the logistics industry in the whole society, and promote the upgrading of logistics technology and services. Improving logistics operating environment, accelerating the growth of logistics enterprises, promoting the development of third party logistics, integrating the existing logistics resources, alleviating the urban traffic pressure and improving the ecological environment play an important role. This article has carried on the extensive investigation to the domestic and foreign logistics park research present situation, has consulted the massive literature. This paper analyzes the basic situation of logistics park planning and operation in China, firmly grasps the key points of logistics park planning and design, and combines the basic situation of Changsha high speed logistics. Based on the investigation of Changsha Expressway and its surrounding conditions, the detailed planning and design of Changsha High-Speed Logistics Park are carried out. The main work is as follows: 1. Through intensive investigation and communication with related parties to understand the background of the project, clear the project positioning, the main construction content, and at the same time, the location of the project construction conditions and related construction conditions are analyzed in detail. 2. Through the understanding of the surrounding areas of Changsha Expressway, the logistics demand of Changsha City, the future industrial development and freight volume of Changsha County and the growth of highway freight transportation are predicted, and the market prospect of the special logistics mode of cold chain is combined. Especially in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, the market environment of Changsha High-speed Logistics Park is clarified. 3. Detailed planning and design for engineering technology, equipment and refrigeration system, planning and layout, public works, civil engineering, etc. 4. Analyze the technical, economic, organization and management, market, social regulation, environment and other risks of project construction. At the same time, the impact of the project on society and the location of the mutual adaptation.
