基于职业能力培养探讨供应链管理课程教学改革

【摘要】：在高职物流管理教学中,供应链管理是核心课程之一,主要是对物流专业学生进行职业素养培训,让学生能够掌握供应链管理、现代物流管理以及各类职业能力。现如今,供应链管理教学已经成为现代管理理念中必不可少的一部分,可以说贯穿了物流管理学生的整个教学过程。如何才能对供应链课程教学进行科学改革,让它更适应学生,切实提高供应链管理能力,这是物流专业需要关注的问题之一。在实际教学的基础之上,对供应链管理课程进行系统分析,并且根据相应的问题阐述供应链课程教学改革的主要方式,争取对供应链管理教学起到推进作用。
[Abstract]:In the teaching of logistics management in higher vocational education, supply chain management is one of the core courses. It is mainly to carry out professional quality training for the students of logistics specialty, so that students can master the management of supply chain, modern logistics management and all kinds of professional abilities. Nowadays, the teaching of supply chain management has become an indispensable part of the modern management concept. This is one of the problems that the logistics major needs to pay attention to. On the basis of practical teaching, it is one of the problems that the logistics major needs to pay attention to. On the basis of practical teaching, the system is systematically analyzed and based on the phase of the supply chain management. The main problems of the teaching reform of supply chain are discussed, which will promote the teaching of supply chain management.
