我国物流企业全要素生产率增长的随机前沿分析

【摘要】:随着物流产业的开放,外资企业参与到物流业的竞争,本土物流企业的发展面临了新的挑战。如何提高物流企业的竞争力,寻求促进物流企业发展的方法,成为企业家与学者们共同关注的问题。如何测算物流效率及物流全要素生产率增长近年来引来学者们的纷纷关注,物流产值的提高多大程度上是依靠技术效率的提高,抑或是技术的进步是一个值得探讨的问题。 本研究的内容主要分为5个部分,首先回顾了历史研究文献和生产率相关理论,在对比DEA方法与随机前沿生产函数法的基础上,决定采用随机前沿生产函数模型对沪深市场上市的34家物流企业2008-2012年的技术效率及全要素生产率增长进行实证分析。紧接着从三个方面探析了影响物流企业全要素生产率增长的原因,最后根据分析的结论,为物流企业提高全要素生产率和竞争力提供一些政策建议。得出的主要结论即物流业全要素生产率的增长对产出增长的平均贡献为19.04%;2008-2012年沪深市场上交通物流版块的34家物流企业的总体技术效率为0.24894;业务类型为仓储、装卸搬运及运输代理、道路运输的物流企业的TPFG呈正增长,而铁路运输、水上运输及航空运输的TPFG呈负增长;当物流企业达到一定的规模后,物流企业的全要素生产率的增长水平会随着企业的规模变大而下降;全要素生产率增长水平与区域经济发展水平基本相符。物流企业可以通过健全创新机制,积极发展现代物流,调整经营规模与经营网络,强化物流市场化程度,及大力开发人力资源来促进全要素生产率的增长及提高企业的产值。
[Abstract]:With the opening of logistics industry and the participation of foreign enterprises in the competition of logistics industry, the development of local logistics enterprises is facing new challenges. How to improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises and find ways to promote the development of logistics enterprises has become a common concern of entrepreneurs and scholars. How to measure logistics efficiency and the growth of logistics total factor productivity has attracted scholars' attention in recent years. To what extent the increase of logistics output value depends on the improvement of technical efficiency or the progress of technology is a question worth discussing. The content of this study is divided into five parts. Firstly, the historical research literature and productivity theory are reviewed. Based on the comparison between DEA method and stochastic frontier production function method, It is decided to use stochastic frontier production function model to analyze the technical efficiency and total factor productivity growth of 34 logistics enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2008 to 2012. Then it analyzes the reasons that affect the growth of total factor productivity of logistics enterprises from three aspects, and finally, according to the conclusion of the analysis, provides some policy suggestions for logistics enterprises to improve total factor productivity and competitiveness. The main conclusion is that the average contribution of the growth of total factor productivity of logistics industry to the output growth is 19.040.04% and the overall technical efficiency of 34 logistics enterprises in the transport logistics sector in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets from 2008 to 2012 is 0.24894.The business type is warehousing. The TPFG of logistics enterprises in road transportation has a positive increase, while that of railway, water and air transportation has a negative growth. When the logistics enterprises reach a certain scale, The growth level of total factor productivity of logistics enterprises will decrease with the size of enterprises, and the level of total factor productivity growth is basically in line with the level of regional economic development. Logistics enterprises can improve the innovation mechanism, actively develop modern logistics, adjust the scale and network of management, strengthen the degree of logistics marketization, and vigorously develop human resources to promote the growth of total factor productivity and increase the output value of enterprises.
