郑州航空港第四方物流运作模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,发展现代物流业以带动相关产业的转型日益成为人们的共识,特别是第四方物流发展模式在发达国家取得成功,给我们提供了物流业跨越发展的全新理论范式和实践探索冲动。在此背景下,如何创新第四方物流运作模式、构建现代物流市场、提升物流业整体水平成了摆在政府和业内面前的重要任务。 随着郑州航空港经济综合实验区发展规划上升为国家战略,如何抓住机遇乘势而上,按照规划要求把其建设成为国际航空物流中心,已经成为相关决策层和理论界热议的话题,引发了人们对这一问题的深入思考。建设国际航空物流中心,不能满足于传统理论思维和实践定式,必须从全球视野和战略高度来筹谋新的物流运作模式。基于此,郑州航空港第四方物流运作模式选择也就成了亟待解决的理论问题和现实问题。 本文在对国内外有关第四方物流理论研究成果进行系统梳理的基础上,结合国内其他城市发展临空经济和现代物流业的成功经验,运用理论归纳法、实证分析法、案例分析法,对郑州航空港发展第四方物流的环境和可行性进行研判,,从而提出区域内第四方物流运作模式选择方案和对策建议。 首先,在第四方物流运作模式基本理论基础上,对第四方物流运作模式的流程结构和模块设计等框架结构进行概述,为郑州航空港第四方物流运作模式的选择提供理论支撑。 其次,对郑州航空港第四方物流运作环境进行分析,包括区域内物流产业基础及发展现状、郑州航空港第四方物流运作PEST分析和SWOT分析,为郑州航空港第四方物流运作模式的选择提供实践依据。 再次,在对第四方物流运作理论和郑州航空港第四方物流运作环境进行分析的基础上,对几种典型的第四方物流运作模式进行对比分析,借鉴“宁波模式”提出郑州航空港第四方物流运作模式选择方案和创新设想。 最后,从第四方物流人才培养、平台建设、企业整合、政策支持等方面,提出郑州航空港第四方物流运作模式实施的对策建议和前景展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of modern logistics industry to promote the transformation of related industries has increasingly become a consensus, especially the fourth party logistics development model in developed countries have been successful. It provides us with a new theoretical paradigm and practical exploration impulse for the leapfrogging development of the logistics industry. In this context, how to innovate the fourth party logistics operation mode, construct the modern logistics market, and improve the overall level of logistics industry has become an important task in front of the government and the industry. With the development plan of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental area rising to the national strategy, how to seize the opportunity and build it into an international aviation logistics center according to the planning requirements has become a hot topic in the relevant decision-making and theoretical circles. It has caused people to think deeply about this problem. The construction of international air logistics center can not be satisfied with the traditional theoretical thinking and practical formula. It is necessary to plan a new logistics operation model from the global perspective and strategic height. Based on this, the choice of fourth party logistics operation mode of Zhengzhou Airport has become a theoretical and practical problem to be solved urgently. On the basis of systematically combing the theoretical research results of the fourth party logistics at home and abroad and combining the successful experience of other cities in China in developing the air-front economy and the modern logistics industry, this paper applies theoretical induction, empirical analysis, and case analysis. This paper studies the environment and feasibility of developing the fourth party logistics in Zhengzhou Airport, and puts forward the selection scheme and countermeasures of the fourth party logistics operation mode in the region. Firstly, on the basis of the basic theory of the fourth party logistics operation mode, this paper summarizes the flow structure and module design of the fourth party logistics operation mode, which provides theoretical support for the choice of the fourth party logistics operation mode of Zhengzhou airport. Secondly, it analyzes the operating environment of the fourth party logistics of Zhengzhou Airport, including the regional logistics industry foundation and current situation, the pest analysis and SWOT analysis of the fourth party logistics operation of Zhengzhou Airport. To provide practical basis for the selection of the fourth party logistics operation mode of Zhengzhou Airport. Thirdly, on the basis of the analysis of the fourth party logistics operation theory and the fourth party logistics operation environment of Zhengzhou Airport, this paper makes a comparative analysis of several typical fourth party logistics operation modes. Drawing lessons from Ningbo Model, this paper puts forward the selection scheme and innovative idea of the fourth party logistics operation mode of Zhengzhou Airport. Finally, from the aspects of personnel training, platform construction, enterprise integration, policy support and so on, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and prospects for the implementation of the fourth party logistics operation mode of Zhengzhou Airport.
