成都市都市区空间结构及演化机制研究

【摘要】：随着改革开放的不断深入，市场经济体制不断走向成熟，我国在城市发展的进程中迈入了新的阶段，相继出现了许多不同能级、不同规模的新型城市结构（都市区、都市圈和城市群等）。从此，我国的现代城市体系有了新的发展方向。都市区是新型城市结构中的重要一环，其形成和发展不仅使城市地域空间形态与规模发生重组和变化，而且使资本、产业、劳动力等要素形成新的流动和布局。弄清楚都市区的演化规律对城市良性、和谐发展有一定的借鉴意义。本文是从我国城市迅速发展的形势下成都市都市区演化趋势出发，遵循理论与实证相结合、动态与静态相结合、定性与定量相结合的原则，对其格局及多元化的形成机制进行了较为系统的理论与实证研究。本文主要内容如下（1）介绍了本文研究的背景、意义、框架、方法。（2）对国内外研究情况进行了梳理，，明确了相关概念及之间的逻辑关系。（3）对成都市都市区的城市发展和空间特征及演化进行了描述，并选用适宜的指标对成都市都市区范围进行了界定。（4）分析了郊区化的动力，郊区化与都市区发展的关系以及成都市都市区下的郊区化过程。（5）运用数学分析和定性描述结合的手段对成都市都市区的发展及空间结构演化的动力机制进行了研究。（6）对全文的主要观点进行了总结，评述了成都市都市区发展的现状和需要注意的事项，并说明了本研究的不足。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the market economy system has been maturing, China has entered a new stage in the process of urban development, and many new urban structures of different energy levels and different scales have emerged in succession (metropolitan area, urban area). Metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations. Since then, China's modern urban system has a new direction of development. Metropolitan area is an important part of the new urban structure. Its formation and development not only reorganize and change the spatial form and scale of urban area, but also make capital, industry, labor force and other elements form a new flow and layout. To find out the evolution law of the metropolitan area has certain reference significance to the city benign and harmonious development. Based on the trend of urban evolution in Chengdu under the situation of rapid urban development in China, this paper follows the principles of combining theory with practice, dynamic and static, qualitative and quantitative. A systematic theoretical and empirical study on its pattern and the formation mechanism of diversification is carried out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the background, significance, framework, method of this study are introduced. This paper clarifies the related concepts and the logical relationship between them, describes the urban development, spatial characteristics and evolution of Chengdu urban area, and selects appropriate indicators to define the scope of Chengdu urban area.) it analyzes the motive force of suburbanization. The relationship between suburbanization and the development of metropolitan area and the process of suburbanization under Chengdu urban area. (5) the dynamic mechanism of the development of Chengdu urban area and the evolution of spatial structure is studied by means of mathematical analysis and qualitative description. The main viewpoints of this paper are summarized. This paper reviews the present situation and matters needing attention of Chengdu urban development, and explains the deficiency of this study.
