湘安公司项目投标阶段风险管理研究

【摘要】:工程项目建设市场的竞争越发激烈,,工程项目面临的不确定因素越来越多,风险也越来越大。投标阶段是施工企业承接工程任务的首要阶段。投标阶段的风险直接影响着施工企业能否承接到工程乃至整个企业的命运。我国目前的工程项目风险管理意识和水平都比较落后,还处于探索阶段,不能满足施工企业迫切需要提升风险管理水平的需求。本文就是在这种背景下孕育而生,旨在帮助施工企业对项目投标阶段的风险因素进行正确的识别、分析、评价,并采取正确的风险策略降低投标阶段风险,提升风险管理水平。 本文以湖南省工业设备安装有限公司(以下简称湘安公司)在项目投标阶段的风险管理进行研究。首先,深入地了解湘安公司的经营情况及投标风险管理现状,对湘安公司的经营现状和项目投标阶段风险管理的现状进行剖析,分析其投标风险管理中存在的内部和外部问题。对湘安公司项目投标阶段的投标外部环境风险、相关主体风险、各类文件风险、过程风险等相关风险进行风险识别。其次,制定风险评价指标体系构建原则,构建风险评价指标体系,建立基于FAHP的投标风险评价模型。应用该模型,对湘安公司项目投标阶段风险进行评价,利用风险减轻、风险回避、风险转移、风险利用的风险管理策略,对湘安公司项目投标阶段的风险进行有效地管理。最后提出湘安公司项目投标阶段风险管理的优化措施。 论文还选取了A项目进行实例论证,通过实例论证,证实在论文所提出的湘安公司项目投标阶段风险管理方法的科学性和准确性,提升了湘安公司项目投标阶段风险管理水平。
[Abstract]:The competition of the construction market is becoming more and more fierce, the uncertainty of the project is more and more and the risk is increasing. The bidding stage is the first stage of the construction enterprise to undertake the project. The risk of the bidding stage directly affects the fate of the construction enterprise to undertake the project to the whole enterprise. The awareness and level of the risk management are relatively backward and still in the exploration stage, which can not meet the needs of the construction enterprises to improve the risk management level urgently. This article is born under this background, and aims to help the construction enterprises to correctly identify, analyze, evaluate and adopt the correct wind risk factors in the project bidding stage. The risk strategy reduces the risk in the bidding stage and improves the risk management level.
This paper studies the risk management of Hunan industrial equipment installation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xiang an company) in the project bidding stage. First, it deeply understands the management situation of Xiang an company and the present situation of bidding risk management, analyzes the present situation of Xiang an company's management and the present situation of risk management in the project bidding stage, and analyzes its investment. The internal and external problems exist in the risk management of the project, and identify the risk of the external environment, the risk of the related subject, the risk of various documents, the process risk and other related risks in the tender stage of the Xiang an company. Secondly, establish the principle of establishing the risk evaluation index system, construct the risk evaluation index system, and establish the investment based on FAHP. The model is used to evaluate the risk of the Xiang an company's bidding stage, and use the risk mitigation, risk avoidance, risk transfer and risk management strategy to manage the risk of the Xiang an company's bidding stage effectively. Finally, the optimization measures for the risk management of the Xiang an company project are put forward. Shi.
The paper also selects the A project as an example demonstration. Through the example demonstration, it confirms the scientificity and accuracy of the risk management method in the Xiang an company project bidding stage proposed by the paper, which has promoted the risk management level of the Xiang an company project in the bidding stage.
