经济视角下的城市发展阶段理论研究

【摘要】：随着城市化进程的加快，国内外学者也加快了对城市的研究，内容涵盖各个学科，涉及城市的内涵、城市化的内涵、城市发展阶段、城市空间、城市史、城市规划、城市形态、城市文化等方方面面的研究。不同学科、不同角度对城市的研究丰富了我们的视角，加深了我们对城市的深入了解和认识。城市发展阶段理论是城市研究的重要思想支撑，纵向来看，城市发展具有普遍性，都历经了城市产生和发展的过程，但横向来看，不同文明、不同地域的城市发展并不同步，所处的发展阶段具有很大的差异性，呈现多层次状态。20世纪50年代以来，有关城市发展阶段的研究逐渐增多，，但不同学科不同角度的切入使得对城市发展的一般规律或趋势很难形成共识，需要进行归类研究，透过某一视角洞察形成一般化认识。本文运用历史唯物主义研究方法，从经济视角切入，对城市发展进行逻辑化梳理，形成对城市发展的规律或趋势的一般化认识，具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文正文分五个章节进行研究。首先，用两章内容分别梳理城市发展阶段理论和经济发展阶段理论研究，为后文从经济视角对城市发展进行逻辑化梳理提供理论基础；然后，第三、四章在理论阐述尤其是对罗斯托的经济增长阶段理论和贝尔的后工业社会理论重点阐述的基础上，对城市发展阶段进行定位划分，并分别描述各个阶段城市的人口规模、生活方式、产业结构、空间布局等特征。最后，第五章阐述了本文研究所具有的理论意义和实践意义，并分别以杭州和上海为例，借助两个理论对这两个城市的发展阶段进行分析和界定，并进行一定的预测。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, scholars at home and abroad have also accelerated the study of cities, covering various disciplines, including the connotation of cities, the connotation of urbanization, the stages of urban development, urban space, urban history, urban planning, urban forms, and so on. Urban culture and other aspects of the study. The study of cities from different disciplines and angles enriches our perspectives and deepens our understanding of cities. The theory of stage of urban development is an important ideological support of urban research. From the vertical point of view, urban development is universal and has gone through the process of urban generation and development, but horizontally, the urban development of different civilizations and different regions is not synchronized. The stage of development in which there is a great difference, showing a multi-level state. Since the 1950s, the research on the stage of urban development has gradually increased. However, different disciplines and different angles make it difficult to form a consensus on the general laws or trends of urban development, which need to be classified and studied to form a general understanding through a certain perspective. This paper applies historical materialism research method, from the economic angle of view, carries on the logical comb to the city development, forms the general understanding to the urban development law or the tendency, has the important theory significance and the practice significance. This paper is divided into five chapters. First of all, combing the theory of the stage of urban development and the stage of economic development with the content of two chapters respectively, to provide the theoretical basis for the logical combing of urban development from the economic perspective. On the basis of the theoretical elaboration, especially the economic growth stage theory of Rostow and Bell's post-industrial society theory, the four chapters define the stage of urban development, and describe the population scale of each stage. Lifestyle, industrial structure, spatial layout and other characteristics. Finally, the fifth chapter describes the theoretical and practical significance of this study, and takes Hangzhou and Shanghai as examples, with the help of two theories to analyze and define the development stage of these two cities, and make certain prediction.
