同济堂连锁药房物流配送模式设计

【摘要】:1995年5月,深圳中联广深医药(集团)股份有限公司成立的深圳中联大药房开启了我国药品零售连锁经营的新模式。《处方药和非处方分类管理办法》的实施、国家取消对跨省经营连锁药店的限制和新医改方案的落实等一系列政策的鼓励和支持,极大地推动了我国药品零售连锁经营模式跨区域的扩张。连锁经营模式深受市场和企业的青睐主要得益于它标准化的管理、专业化的分工、易复制性和所带来的规模效益等优势。零售连锁企业能够实现规模化管理和消费分散性统一的背后,是物流配送的巨大支持。物流配送直接关系到企业商品的供应能力、运营成本高低、消费者的满意度等多方面,被越来越多企业作为其核心竞争力的重要组成部分。而物流配送对于药品零售连锁企业来说有着更重要的影响。 药品使用直接关系着人们的肌体健康和生命安全。药品质量的严格性、限时性、专属性等特征决定了药品配送的专业化、高标准和高安全性。而且药品种类繁多,一些病症的突发性、多样性及患者体质的差异等使药品配送表现为多批次、小批量。为了更好了保证药品在整个配送作业的过程中的质量安全,国家出台了一系列的规范条例,如《药品物流服务规范》《互联网药品交易服务审批暂行规定》《关于加强互联网药品管理销售的通知》等,,尽可能降低配送作业对药品品质的影响以及一些特殊药品在配送过程中可能产生危害。 本文以同济堂连锁药房物流配送模式为研究对象,基于对连锁经营、物流配送等相关理论的分析,结合同济堂连锁药房发展的内外部环境及其实施物流战略,在对不同配送模式详细分析的基础上,综合考虑各方面影响因素,通过矩阵图和层次分析法构建模型,设计出契合同济堂连锁药房发展的物流配送模式。期望不论是在理论还是现实中,能够为药品连锁行业物流配送模式的选择和决策提供一定的支持和参考价值。
[Abstract]:In May 1995, Shenzhen Zhonglian Guangshen Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen Zhonglian University Pharmacy, which opened a new mode of drug retail chain operation in China. A series of policies, such as the cancellation of restrictions on inter-provincial chain pharmacies and the implementation of the new medical reform scheme, have greatly promoted the cross-regional expansion of the drug retail chain operation model in China. The chain management model is favored by the market and enterprises mainly thanks to its standardized management, specialized division of labor, easy replication and the advantages of scale benefits. The retail chain enterprise can realize the scale management and the consumption dispersal unification behind, is the logistics distribution huge support. Logistics distribution is directly related to the supply ability of enterprises, operating costs, consumer satisfaction, and so on, and is regarded as an important part of its core competitiveness by more and more enterprises. Logistics distribution has a more important impact on drug retail chain enterprises. Drug use is directly related to human body health and life safety. The specialty, high standard and high safety of drug delivery are determined by the strict, limited and exclusive characteristics of drug quality. The variety of drugs, the sudden onset of some diseases, the diversity and the difference of patients' physique make the drug delivery in many batches and small batches. In order to better ensure the quality and safety of drugs throughout the distribution process, the state has issued a series of regulations and regulations. For example, the "Drug Logistics Service Standard", the "interim provisions on the approval of Internet Drug Trading Services", the "notice on strengthening the Management and sales of drugs on the Internet", and so on, To minimize the impact of distribution operations on drug quality and some special drugs in the distribution process may cause harm. Based on the analysis of chain management, logistics distribution and other related theories, this paper combines the internal and external environment of the development of Tongjitang chain pharmacy and the implementation of logistics strategy, taking Tongjitang chain pharmacy as the research object, and based on the analysis of chain management, logistics distribution and other related theories. On the basis of detailed analysis of different distribution modes and considering various factors comprehensively, the model was constructed by matrix diagram and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and a logistics distribution model suitable for the development of Tongjidang chain pharmacy was designed. It is expected that both in theory and in reality, it can provide certain support and reference value for the choice and decision of logistics distribution mode in pharmaceutical chain industry.
