煤炭企业配送中心选址研究

【摘要】:作为我国的基础能源,煤炭被称为“工业的血液”,在我国的能源构架中长期占据着十分重要的位置。在这种以煤炭消费为主的能源格局下,长距离、大运量的煤炭物流存在着成本费用高、污染损耗大以及服务的单一性等问题,如何解决煤炭物流现存的问题,有效地组织煤炭物流,逐渐成为人们的关注热点。因此,在响应国的环保和能源政策的前提下,为了保障能源的充分供给,促进煤炭产业的可持续发展,煤炭企业建设合理的配送中心是十分有必要的。 本文以煤炭企业配送中心选址作为研究对象,介绍了煤炭企业配送中心选址分析方法,提出了基于AHP法和TOPSIS法的煤炭配送中心选址模型。本文将经济性、适应性、动态性、协调性和以人为本作为煤炭配送中心选址所需要遵循的基本原则,从社会经济、自然环境、经营环境和基础设施等方面详细分析了煤炭配送中心选址影响因素,同时,详细阐述了煤炭配送中心的选址程序及其选经济性与可行性分析。为了有效解决煤炭企业的配送中心选址问题,在充分分析煤炭配送中心选址原则、影响因素和选址程序的基础上,本文将专家打分法、AHP法和TOPSIS法综合运用于煤炭配送中心选址决策中,首先,构建煤炭配送中心选址的评价指标体系,根据AHP法确定各个指标的权重,其次,引入TOPSIS去比较各个煤炭配送中心选址方案与正负理想点的距离,最后,计算各个煤炭配送中心的相近度大小,依据其相近度情况来衡量其优劣。本文提出的基于AHP法和TOPSIS法的煤炭配送中心选址方法,很大程度上实现了定性与定量相结合的柔性决策,除此之外,将其应用于A煤炭企业的配送中心选址过程中,验证了此方法的可行性和科学性。
[Abstract]:As the basic energy of our country, coal is called "the blood of industry", which occupies a very important position in the energy structure of our country for a long time. In this energy pattern of coal consumption, long distance and large volume of coal logistics has many problems, such as high cost, high pollution loss and single service. How to solve the existing problems of coal logistics? The effective organization of coal logistics has gradually become the focus of attention. Therefore, under the premise of responding to the national environmental protection and energy policies, it is very necessary for coal enterprises to build reasonable distribution centers in order to ensure the adequate supply of energy and promote the sustainable development of coal industry. This paper takes the coal enterprise distribution center location as the research object, introduces the coal enterprise distribution center location analysis method, and puts forward the coal distribution center location model based on AHP and TOPSIS method. This paper regards economy, adaptability, dynamic, coordination and people-oriented as the basic principles of coal distribution center location, from the social economy, natural environment, The factors influencing the location of coal distribution center are analyzed in detail from the aspects of operating environment and infrastructure. At the same time, the selection procedure, economy and feasibility of coal distribution center are analyzed in detail. In order to effectively solve the problem of distribution center location in coal enterprises, based on the analysis of coal distribution center location principles, influencing factors and location procedures, In this paper, the expert scoring method (AHP) and TOPSIS (TOPSIS) are used in the decision-making of coal distribution center location. Firstly, the evaluation index system of coal distribution center location is constructed, and the weight of each index is determined according to AHP method. TOPSIS is introduced to compare the distance between each coal distribution center location scheme and the positive or negative ideal point. Finally, the size of the coal distribution center proximity is calculated, and its merits and demerits are evaluated according to its similarity degree. The method of coal distribution center location based on AHP and TOPSIS proposed in this paper, to a great extent, realizes the flexible decision of combining qualitative and quantitative methods. In addition, it is applied in the process of distribution center location of A coal enterprise. The feasibility and scientific nature of the method are verified.
