【摘要】：本计划书是为TT检测实验室项目而制订的商业计划书。TT公司长期从事第三方检测咨询服务，有着丰富的检测行业经验和资源。通过对市场的调查研究，拟投资建设检测实验室。本计划书期望论证投资建设第三方实验室的可行性，以获得风险投资家的股权风险投资。并以此为基础建立完整的营销、运营及技术服务体系，使项目得以在第三方检测市场上迅速占领市场，为股东提供可靠、满意的投资回报。计划书介绍了选题的背景和意义及目前的研究状况；对项目的背景和TT公司拥有的资源进行介绍；对行业环境和竞争环境进行分析；对项目服务能力和实验室管理进行规划设计；根据项目规划设计经营策略，做市场定位并制定营销组合策略；进行财务可行性进行预测和分析；进行风险与对策的分析并提出了应对策略。本项目初始投资2000万元人民币，，其中需要吸收风险投资1500万元。通过财务分析，计算得到本项目：动态投资回收期为4.25年，5年投资净现值为65.2万元，内部收益率为8.94%，修正内部收益率为8.62%，通过本计划书的分析，结论认为：TT检测实验室项目具有前期投入大、后期回报稳定、投资收益较高、风险相对可控等特点，该方案是可行的，且是一个低风险高收益的投资选择。
[Abstract]:This plan is a business plan for the TT testing laboratory project..TT company has long been engaged in third party testing and consulting services. It has a rich experience and resources in the testing industry. Through the investigation and Research on the market, it intends to invest in the construction of testing laboratory. This plan is expected to demonstrate the feasibility of investing in the construction of third party laboratories. Venture capitalists' equity risk investment, which is based on the establishment of a complete marketing, operation and technical service system to enable the project to quickly occupy the market in the third party testing market and provide a reliable and satisfactory return on investment for the shareholders.
