【摘要】：随着我们国家的经济改革影响力的不断扩大和深化,增加我国经济体制的管理力度是非常重要的也是十分有必要的。自从我们国家改革开放以来,我们国家的经济体制已经经历了很多次的改革创新。这种改变是顺应国家发展必然要经过的改革,这不仅仅影响了第十八次三中全会提出的要求,还可以完善我们国家现有的经济体制,并且不断改进其中存在的问题,帮助明确我们国家总的经济的发展方向,也在无形中帮助我们国家适应不断改进的经济市场的变化。具体的实行方法有以下几点:一是大力发展政府的管理方法,一定要将提出的管理条例进行落实;二是对以国有资本运营的公司为主进行整体改制,率先发展;三是让国有企业的发展重点转变到企业的模式。

Since our country's reform and opening up, our country's economic system has gone through many times of reform and innovation. This change is in line with the reform that the country must undergo in its development. This not only affected the requirements put forward by the third Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee, but also improved the existing economic system of our country and constantly improved the existing problems therein. Help to define the direction of our country's overall economic development, but also help our country to adapt to the ever-improving economic market changes. The specific implementation methods are as follows: first, to vigorously develop the government management methods, we must put the proposed management regulations into practice; second, to carry out the overall restructuring of companies with state-owned capital operations, and to take the lead in development; Third, let the development focus of state-owned enterprises change to the mode of enterprises.
