产业承接地农村劳动力就业决定及其影响因素

【摘要】：该文通过对广东四家产业转移工业园周边农村劳动力的就业选择所进行的调查,结果表明,"双转移"战略有效促进了农村劳动力在产业转出地和产业承接地的合理配置。产业转移承接为农村劳动力的返乡就业与创业搭建起了有效的桥梁。这对于当前普遍存在且愈演愈烈的"农村留守妇女与儿童问题"与"空巢老人问题"等农村社会焦点问题的解决提供了一定思路。基于此,转移企业与当地基层政府应积极改善农村劳动力的工作条件与环境,加大对农村劳动力人力资本投资的力度。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the employment choice of rural labor force around the four industrial transfer industrial parks in Guangdong province, the results show that the "double transfer" strategy has effectively promoted the rational allocation of rural labor force in the industrial transfer and industrial undertaking areas. The industrial transfer has built an effective bridge for the rural labor force to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship. This provides a certain way of thinking to solve the problems of rural social focus such as "the problem of women and children left behind in rural areas" and "the problem of empty nest elderly", which is prevalent and intensified at present. Based on this, transfer enterprises and local grass-roots governments should actively improve the working conditions and environment of rural labor force and increase the investment of human capital in rural labor force.
