基于马克思主义城乡关系理论的中国城乡关系问题研究

【摘要】：经过改革开放三十年来的快速发展,我国经济已上升到一个新的发展水平上,城乡居民十分关注生活水平是否提高,经过实践证明,城乡居民的生活质量在很大程度上得到了改善,但在城乡关系的改革过程中,城乡间发展不均衡、不协调是我国现阶段面临的难题,一直受到政府和相关学者的高度重视。本文针对我国城乡经济水平差距大的问题、城乡要素单向流通问题、城乡社会资源不均衡分配问题、城镇化速度和质量不成正比的问题进行深入研究,采用了文献研究法、比较法和归纳分析法等多种方法相结合多视角的研究方法,探讨因农民财产性收入过低、二元经济结构、城乡居民利益观不同、以及对城镇化内涵的曲解而影响我国城乡关系和谐发展的原因。笔者得出本文将马克思主义城乡关系理论运用到现实问题分析中。一方面,通过借鉴马克思主义城乡关系理论中精华内容,以此来推动我国城乡关系问题的研究。另一方面,通过对我国城乡经济水平差距大的问题、城乡要素单向流通问题、城乡社会资源不均衡分配问题、城镇化速度和质量不成正比的问题进行深入研究,重点是运用马克思主义城乡关系理论为我国城乡关系发展提供可靠的理论依据,目的是将理论运用实践,建立适合我国国情需要的城乡关系发展模式,从而解决我国城乡关系发展过程中的对立、不均衡、不协调现象。最终结合现实提出当前经济环境下,适合我国城乡关系发展的路径选择,如增加农民财产性收入、建立城乡平等的公共服务体系、发展现代农业以及提高我国现阶段城镇化发展的质量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of reform and opening up over the past 30 years, China's economy has risen to a new level of development. Urban and rural residents are very concerned about the improvement of their living standards, which has been proved by practice. The quality of life of urban and rural residents has been improved to a great extent, but in the course of the reform of urban-rural relations, the imbalance and uncoordinated development between urban and rural areas is a difficult problem facing our country at the present stage, which has been attached great importance to by the government and related scholars. This paper makes a deep research on the problems of the gap between urban and rural economic level, the unidirectional circulation of urban and rural elements, the unbalanced distribution of urban and rural social resources, and the problem that the speed of urbanization is not proportional to the quality of urbanization. The comparative method and the inductive analysis method are combined with the multi-angle research methods to explore the differences in the interests of urban and rural residents due to the low property income of farmers, the dual economic structure, and the differences in the interests of urban and rural residents. And the misinterpretation of the connotation of urbanization affects the harmonious development of urban-rural relations in China. The author draws a conclusion that the Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship is applied to the analysis of practical problems. On the one hand, by learning from the essence of Marxist theory of urban-rural relations, we can promote the research of urban-rural relations in China. On the other hand, through the deep research on the problems of the big gap between urban and rural economic level, the one-way circulation of urban and rural elements, the unbalanced distribution of urban and rural social resources, and the problem that the speed of urbanization is not proportional to the quality of urbanization, The key point is to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the development of urban-rural relations in China by using the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations. The purpose is to apply the theory to practice and to establish a development model of urban-rural relations suitable for the needs of China's national conditions. In order to solve the development of urban-rural relations in the process of antagonism, imbalance, uncoordinated phenomenon. Finally, combining with the reality, the paper puts forward the path choice suitable for the development of the urban-rural relationship in our country under the current economic environment, such as increasing the peasants' property income, establishing the equal public service system between the urban and the rural areas. Develop modern agriculture and improve the quality of urbanization development at this stage of our country.
