联合评级公司对大连力宏公司信用评级的案例分析

【摘要】:信用是市场经济的纽带,信用评级在市场经济中至关重要,对于市场经济运行机制而言,更是核心组成部分。随着市场经济的发展,信用评级的重要性就显得更加强烈。对于市场经济而言,企业是重要的组成部分;对于商业银行而言,企业客户是其主要的利润来源,对企业客户信用评级的科学性与合理性直接影响到商业银行信贷资产的质量。商业银行对企业客户的贷款前审查主要分为内部信用评级和外部评级;若相对企业客户的风险进行量化,信用评级是最主要的手段,也是商业银行进行风险管理的最主要环节,是商业银行进行营销、选取目标客户、对客户进行授信、发放贷款、贷款利率定价、贷款分类、绩效考核等信贷业务经营及日常管理工作的主要决策依据。因此,,对企业类客户的信用等级进行客观公正的确定,一直是各家商业银行值得深入探讨的课题。 本文主要应用案例分析的方法,针对案例进行定量分析与定性分析,主要研究利用外部评级公司的评级模型针对被评级企业进行信用评级问题。本文第一章,介绍选题的背景、信用评级的起源、发展和作用;第二章,介绍了联合信用评级公司对客户信用评级体系的基本方法;第三章,以大连力宏公司的案例介绍的评级体系及理论的具体应用;第四章,对本文所介绍的评级体系进行改进并进行总结,分析讨论其优势和不足,并有针对性的提出修改意见。 本文以大连力宏公司为案例,针对外部评级的评级体系及理论展示了评级公司信用评分模型确定企业信用等级的全过程,并通过针对企业所处行业分析,财务分析,探索提高企业信用评级科学合理性的具体措施。希望通过该案例分析能够为商业银行业及评级机构风险管理人员在实务操作中如何量化风险、规范评级提供有益的帮助。
[Abstract]:Credit is the tie of market economy, and credit rating is very important in market economy. With the development of market economy, the importance of credit rating becomes stronger. For the market economy, the enterprise is an important part, for the commercial bank, the enterprise customer is its main profit source, and the scientific and reasonable credit rating of the enterprise customer directly affects the quality of the credit assets of the commercial bank. The pre-loan examination of commercial banks to corporate customers is mainly divided into internal credit rating and external rating. If the risk of enterprise customers is quantified, credit rating is the most important means and the most important link of risk management in commercial banks. It is the main decision-making basis for commercial banks to conduct marketing, select target customers, grant credit, issue loans, price loan interest rates, classify loans, assess performance and other credit operations and daily management. Therefore, the objective and fair determination of the credit rating of enterprise customers has always been a topic worthy of further discussion by commercial banks. This paper mainly applies the method of case analysis to carry on quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to the case, and mainly studies the credit rating problem of the rated enterprises by using the rating model of the external rating company. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the origin, development and function of credit rating; the second chapter introduces the basic methods of joint credit rating company to customer credit rating system; the third chapter, The fourth chapter is to improve and summarize the rating system introduced in this paper, analyze and discuss its advantages and disadvantages, and put forward some suggestions to modify it. This paper takes Dalian Leehom Corporation as an example, shows the whole process of rating company credit rating model to determine the enterprise credit grade, and through the enterprise industry analysis, the financial analysis, the external rating system and the theory show the whole process of the credit rating model of the rating company. To explore specific measures to improve the scientific rationality of enterprise credit rating. It is hoped that the case study can provide useful help for the risk managers of commercial banks and rating agencies in how to quantify risks and standardize their ratings in practice.
