基于产业集群的物流服务创新过程研究

【摘要】：我国以保税区、开发区、机场、港口和传统运输仓储企业为轴心，形成了一些具有一定规模的物流园区和物流中心等物流产业集群，这些集群对我国区域经济的发展具有重大的作用。以自然优势为聚集条件形成的产业集群想要进一步发展进步，就必须提高其服务的效率和质量，进行物流服务创新。物流产业集群企业间紧密的联系促使服务创新向整个物流集群延伸，最终增强了整个物流集群乃至集群所在区域的核心竞争力。在此前提下，服务创新能力作为物流企业核心竞争实力的重要基础，在物流集群的发展进步中起着举足轻重的作用。本研究首先通过国内外物流产业集群以及物流服务创新研究现状以及相关的理论基础进行分析，详细阐述产业集群的内涵与特征、物流产业集群的基本理念和竞争力，服务创新的内涵、特征和分类、影响因素以及集群创新系统相关理论。其次，分析物流集群创新系统的集群化趋势及其构成要素、物流集群机理及集群过程中的服务创新关系与创新动机，研究协同创新行为与物流集群的互动关系以及物流集群协同创新模式的构成。再次，分析物流集群协同创新的关系结构，描述协同创新过程中节点动态合作与冲突的关系，，运用委托代理模型界定集群协同创新机制和创新激励条件，提出协同服务创新的6S管理结构。最后，针对西安国际港务区发展现状、功能定位以及服务创新现状，实证分析物流集群协同服务创新过程，并就港务区服务创新能力的提升提出相应的对策支持。
[Abstract]:China, with bonded areas, development zones, airports, ports and traditional transportation and warehousing enterprises as the axis, has formed some logistics industrial clusters such as logistics parks and logistics centers on a certain scale. These clusters play an important role in the development of China's regional economy. In order to further develop and progress, the industrial cluster formed by natural advantage must improve the efficiency and quality of its service and innovate its logistics service. The close relationship between enterprises in logistics industry cluster promotes the service innovation to extend to the whole logistics cluster, and finally strengthens the core competitiveness of the whole logistics cluster and even the region where the cluster is located. Under this premise, service innovation ability, as an important foundation of the core competitive strength of logistics enterprises, plays an important role in the development and progress of logistics clusters. Firstly, through the analysis of the current situation of logistics industry cluster and logistics service innovation research at home and abroad and the related theoretical basis, this paper elaborates the connotation and characteristics of industrial cluster, the basic concept and competitiveness of logistics industry cluster. The connotation, characteristics and classification of service innovation, influencing factors and related theories of cluster innovation system. Secondly, the paper analyzes the trend of logistics cluster innovation system and its constituent elements, the mechanism of logistics cluster, the relationship and motivation of service innovation in the process of logistics cluster innovation. This paper studies the interaction between collaborative innovation behavior and logistics cluster and the composition of logistics cluster collaborative innovation model. Thirdly, it analyzes the relationship structure of collaborative innovation in logistics cluster, describes the relationship between node dynamic cooperation and conflict in the process of collaborative innovation, and defines the cooperative innovation mechanism and innovation incentive conditions by principal-agent model. The 6 S management structure of collaborative service innovation is proposed. Finally, aiming at the status quo, function orientation and service innovation status of Xi'an international port area, the paper empirically analyzes the process of logistics cluster collaborative service innovation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to enhance the service innovation ability of port area.
