基于即时通讯软件的企业登记信用信息公示平台的研发

【摘要】：现在工商登记制度改革在我国全面实施,对于市场主体年检、验照的时代已经结束,随着年报制度启动,企业信用信息公示平台随之产生。“宽进严管”作为现在工商行政管理体制改革的主要内容,此项改革必定会使得市场主体会大量的涌入,这就需要有专门的平台来供社会公众使用。使企业和个人能过通过使用多平台查询企业登记、信用信息更是社会各界共同关注的话题。本文通过了解现阶段工商行政管理工作中对企业登记信息信用公示平台的迫切需要,从多方面分析基于即时通讯软件来开发企业登记信息信用公示平台的优缺点。而后通过使用ASP.NET和UML语言进行建模,通过建模模型编程后台数据存储端,通过与工商综合业务软件连接实现后台数据存储端的实时数据更新传输,实现数据存储端功能后通过应用WEB2.0实现企业信用信息公示平台的IE版连接,然后通过对微信公众平台的使用实现手机移动端的平台实现,最后通过使用平台来测试预期达到的企业信用信息公示平台的功能。该平台具有供用户即时查询企业登记信用信息、向用户推送政务信息、消费提醒,企业的办事人员还可以通过该平台查看企业登记所需提交的材料规范、常用的法律法规,可以通过该平台查看工商行政管理方面最新的消息。
[Abstract]:Now the reform of the industrial and commercial registration system is fully implemented in our country. For the annual inspection of the main body of the market, the era of the inspection is over. With the start of the annual report system, the enterprise credit information public platform is produced. As the main internal capacity of the reform of the industrial and commercial administration system, the reform will certainly make the market main body large. It is necessary to have a special platform for the public to use. It is a topic of common concern for all walks of life to make enterprises and individuals register with multiple platforms through the use of multiple platforms. This article is through understanding the urgent needs of the enterprise registration information credit public display platform in the present stage of business administration. Surface analysis is based on the real-time communication software to develop the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise registration information credit public display platform. Then by using ASP.NET and UML language to model, through the modeling model programming background data storage, through the connection with the business integrated business software to realize the real-time data storage and transfer of the data storage end of the background data storage, and realize the data storage. After the end function, the IE version of the enterprise credit information public platform is connected through the application of WEB2.0, and then the mobile terminal platform is realized through the use of the WeChat public platform. Finally, the function of the expected enterprise credit information public platform is tested by using the platform. The platform has the user's instant query for the enterprise registration letter. Information is used to push government information to users, and consumption reminding. The business personnel can also view the material specifications required by the enterprise registration and the common laws and regulations through this platform. Through this platform, we can see the latest news in the administration of industry and commerce.
