FIDIC施工合同条件中不可抗力条款分析

【摘要】：随着境外局部地区安全风险的增大,国际工程承包商有必要提高对不可抗力事件的认识和加大对FIDIC合同条件中不可抗力相关条款的分析研究,树立相应的风险防范意识,制定适当的防范措施,合理运用合同条款,减少因不可抗力事件带来的损失。
[Abstract]:With the increase of safety risk in local areas outside China, it is necessary for international engineering contractors to improve their understanding of force majeure events and to increase the analysis and study of the terms and conditions of force majeure in FIDIC contracts, so as to establish the corresponding awareness of risk prevention. Develop appropriate precautions, apply contract terms properly and reduce losses due to force majeure events.
