中国2030年碳减排的自主行动目标

【摘要】：正2020年,中国能源消费排放二氧化碳大致在95×108~105×108t之间,人类活动导致的不确定因素下,尽管新常态呈现碳减排加速形势,但反弹效应依然存在。我国碳排放峰值最有可能出现在2030年前后,对应的二氧化碳排放量约为110×108~120×108t。与此同时,中国主要资源消耗和污染排放将在未来10~20年先后达到峰值。中国向联合国提交的国家自主贡献报告显示,中国到2030年的自主行动目标是:二氧化碳排放到2030年左右达到峰
[Abstract]:In 2020, China's energy consumption emits carbon dioxide in the range of 95 脳 10 ~ 8 ~ 105 脳 10 ~ (8) t. Under the uncertainty caused by human activities, although the new normal carbon emission reduction accelerates, the rebound effect still exists. The peak of carbon emissions in China is most likely to occur around 2030, and the corresponding carbon dioxide emissions are about 110 脳 10 ~ (8) ~ 120 脳 10 ~ (8) t. Meanwhile, China's major resource consumption and pollution emissions will peak in the next 10 ~ 20 years. China's independent action goal by 2030 is to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030, according to a report on China's national contribution to the United Nations.
