物流节点能力与通路能力的匹配研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济市场的竞争环境变得日益激烈,物流能力越来越被重视。在物流网络中,会出现由于节点的作业能力与线路的运载能力不能匹配而导致整个网络的物流能力降低的情况。一方面,会出现线路的运载能力充足而由于节点的作业能力不足导致两者不匹配的情况;另一方面,会出现节点的作业能力充足而线路的运载能力不足,两者不匹配的情况,例如电商企业促销时,经常出现的“爆仓”情况。文章通过探讨网络中物流节点能力与线路的通路能力的匹配问题,为发现网络中的“瓶颈”环节,优化作业能力进而提高网络物流运作能力提供参考思路。文章首先在总结国内外研究现状的基础上,给出物流能力的定义,认为物流能力是指物流系统的整体作业能力,整体作业能力既包括运输、仓储等各环节的作业能力,又包括整个系统的管理能力。进而分析其构成,提出物流能力中各环节的作业能力可以归纳为节点能力与通路能力。进而给出了节点能力与通路能力的定义及构成。分析了节点能力与通路能力的影响因素,并给出其量化方法。在对节点内部能力匹配问题进行量化分析的基础上,建立了网络物流节点能力及通路能力的匹配模型,用量化的方法衡量节点能力与通路能力的匹配问题。最后以JS公司的配送网络为例,进行实证分析。
[Abstract]:With the competitive environment of the global economic market becoming increasingly fierce, logistics ability has been paid more and more attention. In the logistics network, the logistics capability of the whole network will be reduced because the node's operation capacity and the line's carrying capacity can not match. On the one hand, there will be a situation where the line carrying capacity is sufficient and the lack of operational capacity of the node will result in a mismatch between the two; on the other hand, there will be a situation where the operational capacity of the node is sufficient and the line capacity is insufficient, and the two do not match. For example, e-commerce enterprises when promoting, often appear in the "warehouse explosion" situation. This paper discusses the matching between the ability of logistics node and the ability of route in the network, and provides a reference for finding the "bottleneck" in the network, optimizing the ability of operation and then improving the ability of logistics operation in the network. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper gives the definition of logistics capability, which refers to the whole operation ability of logistics system, which includes the operation ability of transportation, warehousing and so on. It also includes the management ability of the whole system. Then it analyzes its composition, and points out that the operation ability of each link in logistics ability can be summed up as node ability and path ability. Furthermore, the definition and constitution of node capacity and path ability are given. The influencing factors of node capacity and path ability are analyzed and the quantization method is given. Based on the quantitative analysis of the internal capability matching problem of nodes, a matching model of network logistics node capacity and path capability is established, and the matching problem between node capacity and path capability is measured by quantitative method. Finally, taking the distribution network of JS Company as an example, the empirical analysis is carried out.
