天津港物流发展有限公司货代业务发展对策研究

【摘要】：近几年我国进出口贸易的快速增长使货运代理这样一个古老的行业时至今日仍保持旺盛生命力。天津在明朝被称为“天子渡口”。回首中国加入WTO的十余年,货代行业市场准入的限制迟早将不复存在,国际大型货代公司早已瞄准中国广大的货代市场,竞争日渐激烈。然而,回望国内货运代理企业,业务保守,缺乏创新,服务单一,质量不高,还没有涉及附加价值较高的新型物流业务等都是限制自身发展的束缚,如果不谋求发展,原有竞争优势逐渐丧失,必然迟早不能适应大型企业对物流服务的需求。究竟如何做出有效的转变,本文援引大量管理学理论,结合天津港物流发展有限公司货代业务实例,尝试得出公司相应的发展对策。本文中,以天津港物流发展有限公司为样本,综合中国货代行业的运营现状,采用SWOT分析法、波特五力分析法PEST分析法等,阐述了天津港物流发展有限公司在产业发展、经营模式、管理技术、经营策略等多方面的实践,综合运用了经济学、统计学等学科理论,分析了天津港物流发展有限公司货代业务发展所处的外部环境与内部环境；利用波士顿矩阵模型对天津港物流发展有限公司目前的货运代理业务进行分析,为企业制定发展措施,力求探索一条符合社会主义市场经济条件、满足中国货代业发展需求的运行机制。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of China's import and export trade in recent years makes freight forwarder, an ancient industry, still has a vigorous vitality today. Tianjin was called "the ferry of the son of Heaven" in the Ming Dynasty. Looking back on China's entry into the WTO for more than a decade, the restrictions on market access of freight forwarding industry will sooner or later disappear, and international large freight forwarding companies have already aimed at the broad freight forwarding market in China, and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. However, looking back at domestic freight forwarders, the business is conservative, the lack of innovation, the single service, the low quality, and the new logistics business, which has not yet involved high added value, are all the constraints of restricting their own development, if they do not seek to develop. The original competitive advantage gradually loses, must sooner or later cannot adapt to the large enterprise logistics service demand. How to make an effective change, this paper cites a large number of management theory, combined with Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd. freight forwarding business examples, try to get the company's corresponding development countermeasures. In this paper, taking Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd as a sample, synthesizing the operation status of freight forwarding industry in China, adopting SWOT analysis method, PEST analysis method and so on, this paper expounds the industrial development of Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the external and internal environment of Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd. for the development of freight forwarding business by using the theories of economics, statistics and many other fields such as management mode, management technology, management strategy and so on. Using Boston matrix model to analyze the freight forwarder business of Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd., in order to draw up the development measures for enterprises, and to explore a market economic condition that conforms to the socialist market economy. The operational mechanism to meet the development needs of China's freight forwarding industry.
