寿光物流园冷链物流建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：工程项目想要最大程度的获得收益,不仅要确保其有一个良好的信誉,同时也要兼顾项目的资金投入、施工周期以及良好的施工质量,那么就需要将项目的施工进度作为关键内容,归纳到项目管理当中。到现在为止,还有不少项目施工机构的管理制度还不是非常完善,技术能力不够先进,无法满足当前社会对建筑的需求,而且施工周期较长,不能按照既定时间完成项目；不仅投入资金相对来说更大,而且也没有建立足够的竞争优势。所以,在未来很长一段时间内,工程项目都要将工程施工进度作为管理当中的重点内容进行研究。本文采用文献分析法及案例研究法对寿光市物流园冷链物流建设项目进度管理的现状、影响因素、项目进度管理计划的编制与项目进度控制的措施进行了分析与研究。首先,本文对寿光市物流园冷链物流项目进度管理的研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状、本文的研究思路与方法、研究创新点进行了概述,从而引出全文的研究思路；其次,本文针对项目进度管理的理论基础进行了分析与概述,分析了项目及项目管理的概念,探究了项目管理的内容、特征及职能,进而分析了项目进度计划与项目进度控制的相关理论,从而为全文的研究奠定坚实的理论基础；再者,本文对寿光市物流园冷链物流建设项目进度管理案例进行了介绍,从项目基本概况、项目部门设置、项目难点等方面对寿光市物流园冷链物流项目进行了简要介绍,从项目施工现状及进度管理现状对寿光市物流园冷链物流项目进度管理进行了研究；然后,本文对寿光市物流园冷链物流建设项目进度管理的影响因素、项目进度控制的问题及原因进行了分析；第四部分,分析了寿光市物流园冷链物流建设项目进度控制计划编制的原则、项目进度控制计划编制的方法、项目进度控制计划编制等方面进行了研究与分析；最后,本文对寿光市物流园冷链物流建设项目进度控制措施进行了研究,分析了项目进度控制的目标,项目进度控制的程序与方法,项目进度控制的实施,项目进度控制的工期优化及项目进度控制的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In order to maximize the benefits of the project, it is necessary not only to ensure that it has a good reputation, but also to take into account the investment of the project, the construction cycle and the good quality of the construction. So it is necessary to sum up the construction progress of the project into project management as the key content. Up to now, the management system of many project construction organizations is not very perfect, the technical ability is not advanced enough to meet the current social demand for construction, and the construction cycle is longer, and the project can not be completed in accordance with the established time; Not only is the capital invested relatively large, but also does not build enough competitive advantage. Therefore, for a long time in the future, the construction schedule of the project should be studied as the key content of the management. In this paper, the status quo, influencing factors, project schedule planning and project schedule control measures of cold chain logistics construction project management in Shouguang Logistics Park are analyzed and studied by using the method of literature analysis and case study. First of all, this paper summarizes the research background and significance of the cold chain logistics project schedule management in Shouguang logistics park, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods of this paper, research innovation points, and leads to the research ideas of the full text. This paper analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of project schedule management, analyzes the concept of project and project management, and probes into the contents, characteristics and functions of project management. Then it analyzes the relevant theories of project schedule planning and project schedule control, so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the research of the full text. Furthermore, this paper introduces the case of Shouguang logistics park cold chain logistics construction project schedule management. This paper briefly introduces the cold chain logistics project of Shouguang logistics park from the following aspects: the basic situation of the project, the setting of the project department, the difficulty of the project, etc. This paper studies the progress management of cold chain logistics project in Shouguang logistics park from the current situation of project construction and schedule management, and then, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the progress management of cold chain logistics construction project in Shouguang logistics park. The problems and reasons of project schedule control are analyzed. The fourth part analyzes the principle of schedule control plan of cold chain logistics construction project in Shouguang city logistics park, the method of project schedule control plan, Finally, this paper studies the project schedule control measures of cold chain logistics construction in Shouguang Logistics Park, and analyzes the objectives of the project schedule control. The procedures and methods of project schedule control, the implementation of project schedule control, the optimization of project schedule control and the guarantee measures of project schedule control.
