构建社会主义和谐劳动关系探析

【摘要】:劳动关系是当今社会最基本的社会关系,劳动关系是否和谐不仅仅关系到劳动者的生存与发展和用人单位的良性运行,也成为社会和谐与稳定的重要标志。随着改革的不断推进,我国的劳动关系由传统计划经济体制下的劳动关系向现代市场经济体制下的市场型劳动关系转化。在这一过程中,劳动者与用人单位实现了充分的自主选择权,调动了劳动关系双方的积极性和主动性,在吸纳劳动力就业与促进经济社会发展方面发挥了积极作用。但与此同时,也必须看到,由于市场经济的自发性和盲目性、劳动者就业压力增大且劳动者综合素质普遍不高、企业社会责任感缺失、政府监管不力等一系列原因所导致的劳动关系冲突也不断发生,并逐步升级,这已成为影响社会和谐稳定的重要因素。因此,构建和谐劳动关系势在必行。本文共分为五章: 第一章介绍了劳动关系的研究背景和意义,国内外对劳动关系这一问题的研究综述,以及文章的研究思路和研究方法; 第二章梳理了与劳动关系相关的概念和相关理论; 第三章追溯了我国劳动关系的演进历程,以改革开放为界,对改革前计划经济体制下的劳动关系与改革后市场经济条件下的劳动关系状况进行介绍; 第四章对当前我国劳动关系的特征及发展趋势进行介绍,对不和谐劳动关系状况进行系统分析,进而找到不和谐劳动关系产生的一系列原因; 第五章在前面研究的基础上,从政府在构建和谐劳动关系中要发挥重要作用、企业要加强自身的经营管理、工会要充分发挥自身的调节作用、劳动者要提高自身的素质等方面对如何构建和谐劳动关系提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Labor relations are the most basic social relations in the present society. Whether labor relations are harmonious or not is not only related to the survival and development of workers and the benign operation of employing units, but also an important symbol of social harmony and stability. With the development of the reform, the labor relations in our country are transformed from the traditional planned economy system to the market type. In this process, the laborer and the employing unit have realized the full independent option, mobilized the enthusiasm and initiative of both sides of labor relations, and played an active role in absorbing labor force employment and promoting economic and social development. But at the same time, we must also see that due to the spontaneity and blindness of the market economy, the employment pressure of the laborer is increased and the comprehensive quality of the laborer is generally not high, and the sense of social responsibility of the enterprise is lacking. The conflicts of labor relations caused by the weak supervision of the government and other causes have also occurred and escalated step by step, which has become an important factor affecting social harmony and stability. Therefore, it is imperative to construct harmonious labor relations. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background and significance of labor relations, the domestic and foreign research on the issue of labor relations, as well as the research ideas and research methods; The second chapter combs the concepts and related theories related to labor relations, the third chapter traces the evolution of labor relations in China, with the reform and opening up as the boundary. This paper introduces the labor relations under the planned economic system before the reform and the labor relations under the conditions of the market economy after the reform. The fourth chapter introduces the characteristics and development trend of the labor relations in our country. A systematic analysis of the status of disharmonious labor relations, and then find out a series of reasons for the emergence of disharmonious labor relations. Chapter five, on the basis of the previous research, the government should play an important role in the construction of harmonious labor relations. Enterprises should strengthen their own management, trade unions should give full play to their own regulatory role, workers should improve their own quality and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to build harmonious labor relations.
