就业性别歧视的消除路径——基于人口经济学视角的思考

【摘要】：在我国,就业性别歧视仍然还是一种比较普遍的现象,歧视的主要对象是作为人口生产主力的妇女,其深层原因在于人口生产的社会价值没有得到社会的充分承认。人口生产创造的价值具有特殊性,其价值补偿应遵循特殊的原则。结合国力,依据"按需分配"(也即生养孩子的实际生活需要)的原则,对人口生产予以经济酬报,使公共领域向私人领域延伸,让家庭和社会共同负担人口生产,是消除就业性别歧视的一种有效路径。
[Abstract]:In our country, gender discrimination in employment is still a common phenomenon. The main object of discrimination is women who are the main force of population production. The deep reason is that the social value of population production is not fully recognized by the society. The value created by population production has its particularity, and its value compensation should follow special principles. According to the principle of "distribution according to needs" (that is, the actual life needs of having children), according to the national strength, the economic reward for population production is given, so that the public sphere extends to the private sector and the family and society share the burden of population production. It is an effective way to eliminate gender discrimination in employment.
