【摘要】：正《检验检测机构资质认定管理办法》实施时间《检验检测机构资质认定管理办法》于2015年3月23日国家质量监督检验检疫总局局务会议审议通过,自2015年8月1日起施行。检验检测机构资质认定的实施范围按照"法无授权不可为"的法治原则,依照《计量法》及其实施细则、《认证认可条例》等有关法律、行政法规的规定,向社会出具具有证明作用的数据和结果的检验检测机构,应当依法经国家认证认可监督管理部门(以
