第三方冷链物流服务商选择研究

【摘要】：近年来，城乡居民生活水平和质量不断提高，人们的消费习惯也逐渐改变，对保鲜蔬菜、奶制品、冷鲜肉、深海产品等高品质低温食品的需求量越来越大、安全和品质要求也越来越高，这迅速拉动了我国冷链物流的发展。由于冷链物流对物流基础设施设备要求的特殊性，同时企业间的竞争不断加强，，更为了更好地满足消费者的需求，冷链物流需求企业根据需要将部分或者全部冷链物流业务进行外包是明智的选择。但是，如何选择适合的第三方冷链物流服务商进行合作，是核心企业将冷链物流业务外包之前必须考虑的因素。文章基于冷链物流的特点，在前人研究的基础上，建立具有冷链物流特色的评价指标体系，从冷链物流作业水平、客户服务水平、企业经营能力和发展潜力四个方面对第三方冷链物流服务商进行评价，特别针对冷链物流的特点建立了冷藏运输保险能力、冷链覆盖率、冷藏品安全事故率、冷藏设备覆盖率等指标，然后使用粗糙集对指标体系进行筛选，并根据粗糙集的理论和专家打分相结合来确定各指标权重，最后使用区间直觉模糊集对备选第三方冷链物流服务商进行排序和选择。本文首先对论文研究的背景和意义进行阐述，对冷链物流、第三方物流服务商选择和第三方冷链物流的研究现状进行了综述，并讨论了文章所用到的方法和技术路线。随后，对粗糙集和区间直觉模糊集的基本理论进行阐述。在建立评价指标体系时，现有第三方物流服务商选择和第三方冷链物流服务商选择指标体系的基础上，针对冷链物流特点，建立第三方冷链物流服务商的评价指标体系，并用粗糙集进行筛选和确定权重，使用区间直觉模糊集对备选的第三方冷链物流服务商进行排序和选择。最后使用算例进行验证。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the living standards and quality of urban and rural residents have been continuously improved, and people's consumption habits have gradually changed. The demand for high-quality low-temperature foods such as fresh vegetables, dairy products, cold fresh meat, deep-sea products, etc., is increasing. Safety and quality requirements are also higher and higher, which quickly pull the development of cold chain logistics in China. Because of the particularity of the cold chain logistics to the logistics infrastructure equipment requirements, and the competition between enterprises is constantly strengthening, in order to better meet the needs of consumers, It is a wise choice for cold chain logistics enterprises to outsource some or all cold chain logistics business according to their needs. However, how to select suitable third party cold chain logistics service providers for cooperation is the factor that the core enterprises must consider before outsourcing the cold chain logistics business. Based on the characteristics of cold chain logistics, this paper establishes an evaluation index system with cold chain logistics characteristics on the basis of previous studies, from the level of cold chain logistics operations, customer service level, The third party cold chain logistics service providers are evaluated from four aspects of business ability and development potential. In particular, the cold chain transportation insurance capability, cold chain coverage rate, cold collection safety accident rate are established according to the characteristics of cold chain logistics. Cold storage equipment coverage and other indicators, then using rough sets to screen the index system, and according to the rough set theory and experts scoring to determine the weight of each index, Finally, interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets are used to sort and select the alternative third-party cold chain logistics providers. In this paper, the background and significance of the research are first expounded, and the research status of cold chain logistics, third-party logistics service provider selection and third-party cold chain logistics is summarized, and the methods and technical routes used in this paper are discussed. Then, the basic theory of rough set and interval intuitionistic fuzzy set is expounded. When establishing the evaluation index system, the evaluation index system of the third party cold chain logistics service provider is established on the basis of the selection of the third party logistics service provider and the third party cold chain logistics service provider, according to the characteristics of the cold chain logistics, the evaluation index system of the third party cold chain logistics service provider is established according to the characteristics of the cold chain logistics. The rough set is used to filter and determine the weight, and the interval intuitionistic fuzzy set is used to sort and select the alternative third-party cold-chain logistics service provider. Finally, an example is used for verification.
