风险排队与博弈模型分析及在物流瓶颈管理中的应用

【摘要】:物流瓶颈管理问题是目前诸如管理科学与信息科学中的最重大的科学问题之一,也是社会经济生活中备受关注的热点课题。物流资源的合理分配对提高整个供应链物流系统的效益起着至关重要的作用。因而,对供应链物流系统的瓶颈管理研究有着非常现实的意义。 本文以风险下的排队理论为基础,,分析了排队论应用于风险管理的可能性,并进行了风险下的排队模型研究;然后以经典瓶颈模型为基础,对用户需求与是否收费分别讨论,这对进一步研究排队博弈的风险瓶颈问题有一定的借鉴意义;接着进行排队博弈的风险瓶颈模型研究,阐述了排队博弈的风险瓶颈模型,重点针对该理论模型中的无剩余排队NRQ进行分析,分别从严格优先权排队、非优先权排队和介于二者之间的弱优先权排队的情况进行分析讨论,进而得出结论。 本文的主要研究成果有:首先,在以往排队论的研究中融入风险因素。以往对排队论的研究不管是现实的还是抽象的,大都是针对服务系统进行研究,本文从风险的角度去考虑,将风险的因素结合到排队论的研究中去;其次,构建了风险下的排队模型以及排队博弈的风险瓶颈模型,风险和排队结合在一起的问题就是资源配置最优化使得风险最低的问题;最后,运用排队博弈的风险瓶颈模型进行实际问题的模拟分析处理,即分析供应链物流瓶颈系统的流通能力。以上研究成果为管理者研究物流瓶颈系统提供了现实的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Logistics bottleneck management is one of the most important scientific problems such as management science and information science. It is also a hot topic in social and economic life. The rational allocation of logistics resources plays an important role in improving the efficiency of the whole supply chain logistics system. Therefore, the research on bottleneck management of supply chain logistics system has a very practical significance. Based on the queuing theory under risk, this paper analyzes the possibility of the application of queuing theory to risk management, and studies the queuing model under risk. Then, based on the classical bottleneck model, the author discusses the user demand and whether to charge, which has certain reference significance to further study the risk bottleneck problem of queuing game. Then, the risk bottleneck model of queuing game is studied, and the risk bottleneck model of queuing game is expounded. The NRQ of queuing without surplus in the theoretical model is analyzed, respectively, from strict priority queuing. The non-priority queue and the weak priority queue between them are analyzed and discussed, and the conclusion is drawn. The main results of this paper are as follows: firstly, risk factors are incorporated into the previous queuing theory. Previous researches on queuing theory, whether realistic or abstract, are mostly focused on service systems. This paper considers the risk from the point of view of risk, and combines the risk factors into the research of queuing theory. Secondly, the queueing model under risk and the risk bottleneck model of queueing game are constructed. The problem of combining risk and queuing is that the optimization of resource allocation makes the risk lowest. Finally, the risk bottleneck model of queueing game is used to simulate and deal with the actual problems, that is, the flow capacity of the supply chain logistics bottleneck system is analyzed. The above research results provide practical guidance for managers to study logistics bottleneck system.
