GD商城3C仓储中心拣货体系选择分析

【摘要】:随着电子商务行业在中国的蓬勃发展,与电子商务息息相关的物流相关研究也日益成为学界研究重点。物流作为电商与消费者联系的纽带,其中间环节的运行和操作对交易体验和企业价值获取具有重要影响。GD商城作为中国电商业界的领军品牌之一,在长期的发展中积累了大量的技术与经验,但快速扩张也带来了大量问题,尤其3C仓库的拣货体系。 拣货体系在本文中是指包括拣货策略、订单处理策略和拣货路径在内的仓储中心拣货运作体系。 本文以GD商城仓储环节中的拣货体系为研究对象,以择优选择为研究目标,对GD商城的拣货体系分限时达、日常和促销三种情况进行多种拣货体系的选择研究:首先,对GD商城首创的“211限时达”订单进行分析并选择了汇总订单再进行分区拣货的订单处理及拣货策略,并运用Flexsim软件构建仿真模型将该策略与分批拣货策略进行对比,以体现该策略的优越性,在路径选择策略方面选择了综合拣选路径策略;其次,在日常订单中,利用Flexsim软件进行模型构建证明先统一拣选再配货的高效性,选用种子算法等订单分批方式和S形启发式路径选择策略;第三,本文探讨了促销时期的货物分拣体系,选择了分区拣货、订单分割和订单分批策略混合使用的混合策略运作模式,而且也用Flexsim构建仿真模型,与订单分批拣货策略相比,,证明了混合策略的可行性及优越性,同时模型运行中发现了混合策略运用中需要平衡的几个方面的能力,对操作过程可能出现的问题提出借鉴建议。 最后,本文针对GD商城3C仓储中心不同的销售情况,对订单处理、订单合成和拣货路径做出了明确的方案,目的是争取分拣过程能够达到最快速度或者最低成本或者最大数量,意在使仓储中心大大节约资源并且提高分拣效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce industry in China, logistics related research, which is closely related to E-commerce, has increasingly become the focus of academic research. Logistics, as a link between e-commerce and consumers, has an important impact on the transaction experience and enterprise value acquisition. GD Mall is one of the leading brands in China's ecommerce industry. A great deal of technology and experience has been accumulated in the long term development, but the rapid expansion has also brought a lot of problems, especially the picking system of 3C warehouse. The picking system in this paper refers to the picking operation system of warehouse center including picking strategy, order processing strategy and picking route. This paper takes the picking system of GD store as the research object, takes the choice of the best choice as the research goal, carries on the choice research of the picking system of the GD shopping mall in three kinds of situations: first, the choice of the picking system is based on the following three conditions: first, the selection of the picking system of the GD Mall is studied in terms of the time-limited, daily and promotional conditions. This paper analyzes the "211th time limit" order first created by GD Mall, and selects the order processing and picking strategy of collecting order and then picking goods by district. The simulation model is constructed by using Flexsim software to compare the strategy with the batch picking strategy. In order to reflect the superiority of the strategy, a comprehensive path selection strategy is selected in the aspect of path selection strategy. Secondly, in the daily order, Flexsim software is used to build the model to prove the efficiency of the first unified picking and redistributing, select the seed algorithm and other order batching methods and S-shaped heuristic path selection strategy. Thirdly, this paper discusses the goods sorting system in the period of sales promotion, and chooses the mixed strategy operation mode of district sorting, order segmentation and order batch strategy, and also constructs the simulation model with Flexsim, which is compared with the order batch picking strategy. The feasibility and superiority of the hybrid strategy are proved, and the ability of balancing in the application of the mixed strategy is found in the operation of the model, and some suggestions on the possible problems in the operation process are put forward. Finally, according to the different sales situation of 3C warehousing center of GD Mall, this paper makes a clear plan for order processing, order synthesis and picking path, in order to achieve the fastest speed, minimum cost or maximum quantity of sorting process. It is intended to save resources and improve sorting efficiency.
