GXWL公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:随着中国宏观经济的持续稳定发展,中国物流行业尤其是国内公路货运行业也呈欣欣向荣之势。但相较欧美发达国家而言,国内物流占GDP比重仍过高,社会物流总成本居高不下。借鉴欧美发达国家经验,物流公共信息平台将会成为从根本上改变中国物流行业的新模式。 本研究通过运用PEST模型分析了GXWL公司的外部宏观环境,提出物流公共信息平台发展的机遇与挑战。进而通过对国内外物流公共信息平台现状的研究,,同时对国内同行业竞争对手的优劣势分析,提出GXWL公司存在的问题。再采用SWOT分析方法对GXWL公司进行分析。提出GXWL公司的竞争战略。最后针对XWL公司竞争战略,对其实施的方法及其实施后的效果进行总结。最后,对本研究进行了总结,并希望能够对中国物流公共信息平台行业及企业有所借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and stable development of China's macro-economy, China's logistics industry, especially the domestic road freight industry is also thriving. However, compared with the developed countries in Europe and America, the proportion of domestic logistics to GDP is still too high, and the total cost of social logistics remains high. Based on the experience of developed countries in Europe and the United States, the public information platform of logistics will become a new mode to fundamentally change the logistics industry in China. This paper analyzes the external macro environment of GXWL Company by using PEST model, and puts forward the opportunities and challenges for the development of logistics public information platform. Through the research on the current situation of logistics public information platform at home and abroad and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of domestic competitors in the same industry, the problems of GXWL company are put forward. SWOT analysis method is used to analyze GXWL Company. Put forward the competitive strategy of GXWL Company. Finally, according to the competition strategy of XWL Company, the implementation method and the effect after its implementation are summarized. Finally, this paper summarizes the research, and hopes it can be used for reference to Chinese logistics public information platform industry and enterprises.
