A劳务派遣公司差异化战略运用研究

【摘要】:本文选取劳务派遣公司为对象,对战略管理中的差异化战略的运用进行研究,不仅在实践中具有十分重要的意义,而且对于相关的理论完善也同样具有重要的意义。面对目前行业企业严重同质化的服务产品,以差异化战略为指导,自上而下地设计企业服务产品,有利于促进行业服务整体水平的提升。同时,结合案例分析来讨论,也将为以后进一步的研究提供一个可供借鉴的案例。 本文结合劳务派遣行业的发展现状,相关文献分析,运用SWOT分析法,以A公司为例,对战略管理中的差异化战略的应用进行了研究。通过研究,本文得到以下几点主要结论。 第一,通过对劳务派遣和战略管理文献的回顾,发现目前国内外的战略管理相关研究已从静态分析,发展到了动态分析阶段,战略管理的理念也从最初的零和博弈,发展到了竞合双赢阶段。同时,对于劳务派遣我国的相关法律法规还不完善,目前行业发展不规范但发展迅速、劳务派遣公司(组织)运营模式较少、法律经济风险较多。 第二,本文结合已有研究发现,劳务派遣是指劳务派遣单位受特定用工单位委托招聘劳动者,并与之签订劳动合同,将劳动者派遣到用工单位工作,其劳动过程由用工单位管理,其工资、福利、社会保险费等由用工单位提供给派遣单位,再由派遣单位支付给劳动者,并为劳动者办理社会保险登记和缴费等项事务的一种用工形式。其特征在于“雇用”和“使用”关系发生分离、具有短期性、显著的流动性等特征。其经历了三个发展阶段,目前处于快速发展调整阶段,目前我国的劳务派遣运作方式主要是代理运营和包干运营两种方式。 第三,通过对A公司的案例分析发现,其可通过从服务行业的差异化选择、追求服务品质的差异化、管理制度的差异化等方面着手,能够达成自身的差异化竞争战略诉求。具体来说,就是通过对产品、员工、服务品质进行差异化,以形成自身的差异化竞争战略。
[Abstract]:This article selects the labor dispatch company as the object, carries on the research to the strategy management differentiation strategy application, not only has the very important significance in the practice, but also has the important significance to the related theory consummation. In the face of the serious homogenization of service products in current industry enterprises, under the guidance of differentiation strategy, the top-down design of enterprise service products is conducive to the promotion of the overall level of industry services. At the same time, the case study will provide a case for further study. This paper studies the application of differentiation strategy in strategic management based on the development of labor dispatch industry, relevant literature analysis and SWOT analysis, taking A company as an example. Through the research, this paper obtains the following main conclusions. First, by reviewing the literature on labor dispatch and strategic management, it is found that the research on strategic management at home and abroad has developed from static analysis to dynamic analysis, and the concept of strategic management has also changed from the original zero-sum game. It has developed into a win-win phase. At the same time, the relevant laws and regulations of labor dispatch in our country are not perfect. At present, the development of the industry is not standardized, but the rapid development, the labor dispatch company (organization) operation mode is less, legal and economic risks are more. Secondly, combined with the existing research, this paper finds that labor dispatch refers to the labor dispatch unit which is entrusted by a specific employment unit to recruit workers and sign a labor contract with them to send workers to the employment unit. The labor process shall be managed by the employing unit, and the wages, welfare, social insurance premiums, etc., shall be provided by the employing unit to the dispatch unit, and then paid to the worker by the dispatch unit, And for workers to deal with social security registration and payment of such matters as a form of employment. It is characterized by separation of employment and use, short-term and significant mobility. It has experienced three stages of development, at present it is in the stage of rapid development and adjustment. At present, the mode of operation of labor dispatch in our country is mainly agency operation and dry operation. Thirdly, through the case analysis of company A, we find that it can reach its own strategic appeal of differentiation competition through the choice of service industry, the pursuit of service quality differentiation, the difference of management system, and so on. Specifically, through the product, staff, service quality differentiation, to form their own differentiated competitive strategy.
