工资谈判与教育回报——基于动态Mincer方程的实证研究

【摘要】:基于CHIP数据,结合均值回归和分位数回归分析方法,对工资决定机制建立动态Mincer方程,用以讨论中国城镇劳动力市场的工资谈判和教育回报状况,结果显示:工作单位在工资谈判中占有绝对优势,劳动者处于不利位置,尤其是国有单位劳动者在工资谈判中的劣势地位更加严重;城镇居民的教育回报率随经验增长逐步趋于稳定,并且教育回报率偏低;工资谈判对教育回报存在显著影响,劳动者的谈判能力越强,其获得的教育回报率也越高。性别歧视的两个程式化事实,验证了动态Mincer方程在中国城镇劳动力市场的适应性。
[Abstract]:Based on CHIP data, combined with mean regression and quantile regression analysis, a dynamic Mincer equation is established for wage determination mechanism to discuss wage negotiation and educational return in China's urban labor market. The results show that the working units have absolute advantages in wage negotiation, and the workers are in a disadvantageous position, especially the inferior position of the workers in the wage negotiation of the state-owned units is more serious. The rate of return on education of urban residents tends to stabilize with the increase of experience, and the rate of return on education is on the low side; the wage negotiation has a significant impact on the return of education, and the stronger the bargaining power of workers, the higher the rate of return on education. Two stylized facts of sexism verify the adaptability of the dynamic Mincer equation in the urban labor market of China.
