基于分位数回归的技能偏向性技术进步对工资影响研究

【摘要】:基于分位数回归方法,研究了技能偏向性技术进步对工资水平的影响。在CES生产函数的基础上,建立了理论分析模型来揭示技能偏向性技术进步对工资水平的影响差异,采用CHNS数据并通过分位数回归对理论假设进行了实证检验。研究结果表明,在高技术溢出效应下,工资水平受到技能偏向性技术进步的正向影响程度也较大,尤其是对中低等工资水平影响尤为突出,反之亦然;除此之外,工资还受其他因素比如职业、工作地域及性别、年龄等个体特征的影响。
[Abstract]:Based on the quantile regression method, the influence of skill bias technological progress on wage level is studied. On the basis of CES production function, a theoretical analysis model is established to reveal the influence of skill bias technological progress on wage level. CHNS data and quantile regression are used to test the theoretical assumptions. The results show that under the effect of high technology spillover, the wage level is also greatly affected by the technological progress of skill bias, especially on the low and middle wages, and vice versa. In addition, wages are affected by other factors, such as occupation, job location, gender, age and other individual characteristics.
