宝鸡市城中村改造模式及效益研究

【摘要】：随着《国家新型城镇化规划（2014-2020年）》的出台城市化建设步伐会空前加快，本文认为一个国家或地区城市化率在达到30%-60%的区间是一个高速增长的重大战略发展机遇期，抓住这一历史机遇对一个地区的长远发展意义重大。但目前陕西落后于全国，宝鸡落后于陕西，研究宝鸡的城中村改造，找出当前城中村改造中存在的突出问题，加快国家规划的关中--天水经济区的健康发展，加快宝鸡城市化进程，尽快缩小与发达地区的差距尤为重要。 本文首先从理论的角度出发，从国内外城中村改造的对比入手认真分析宝鸡市城中村改造的现状和政策，以探讨当前困扰宝鸡市城中村改造的主要问题；再次，通过归纳对比方法对城中村改造模式进行对比分析，再以宝鸡市代家湾村实体改造案例为样本，利用定性定量方法从开发主体、改造模式、各方效益、改造效果等方面对城中村改造效益进行全方位分析；研究结论是：改造要找到各方利益的平衡点；改造要重视弱势群体村民的未来发展权；改造的主体和模式提倡多元化；提高对城中村改造的认知；加大对开发企业的监督和支持力度；加强对村民的宣传教育和引导的对策建议。 本文主要的研究内容如下： 第一章导论部分。主要梳理了目前国内外的一些学者对城中村改造研究的相关文献。通过分析文献，探究可能的研究方向。并根据文献评述，明确本文的研究目的以及研究的意义，阐明本文的研究框架、内容和方法以及可能存在的创新点和不足之处。 第二章理论部分。分别对城中村改造的相关定义进行阐释。并介绍本文研究的相关的理论知识和指导思想，为后文实证部分的研究打下理论基础。 第三章对宝鸡市城中村改造的现状情况进行介绍。 第四章对宝鸡市城中村改造主要模式进行对比分析。 第五章以宝鸡市代家湾村实体改造案例为样本，从开发主体、改造模式、各方效益、改造效果等方面对城中村改造效益进行分析 第六章结论与建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new urbanization plan of the country (2014-2020)>, the pace of urbanization construction will be accelerated. This paper holds that the urbanization rate of a country or region is up to 30% to 60%, which is a major strategic development opportunity for high-speed growth.
