基于博弈论的中小型家族企业职业经理人管理机制设计研究

【摘要】:家族企业作为中国经济中最具活力的重要组成部分,为维护社会稳定和促进经济发展做出了重要贡献。新时代的家族企业产生于改革开放初期,在此阶段,市场功能和结构都存在诸多的不完善:一是法律规范并不完善,实施力度不大,对私有产权保护不到位;二是职业经理人市场发展不完善,信用制度未能完全建立,职业经理人出现损害企业主的行为概率较高,导致企业主对职业经理人缺乏信任感,并由此产生恶性循环;三是文化传统影响,社会对家族企业有着片面的认识,一定程度上导致家族企业发展步履维艰。 首先对家族企业、职业经理人和博弈论的概念和特点进行了一个简单的介绍;其次是使用了博弈论的“理性人”和经济学中的“经济人”假设,根据作者的所见所闻和思考,然后运用博弈论思想和方法对求职问题、薪酬问题、利益分配问题、职业经理人(团队)损害企业主利益和长远利益等五个方面进行了博弈分析,对出现的各种现象进行定性、定量研究,并为双方保证自己的合理利益以及预防某些作弊行为提供了建议和参考,目的是用事前干预的方法,降低职业经理人损害企业主的风险,,保障企业主和职业经理人双方权益,提高职业经理人社会认可程度,维护职业经理人的声誉,促进职业经理人市场完善发展;接着用作者经历的案例对本文的部分结论进行了佐证,证明了研究成果的合理性和科学性;最后,对本文的不足进行了思考,明确了下一步研究的内容和方向。
[Abstract]:As the most dynamic and important part of China's economy, family business has made important contributions to maintaining social stability and promoting economic development. The family enterprises in the new era came into being in the early stage of reform and opening up. At this stage, there are many imperfections in the market function and structure: first, the legal norms are not perfect, the implementation is not strong, and the protection of private property rights is not in place; Second, the market development of professional managers is not perfect, the credit system has not been fully established, and the probability of professional managers harming business owners is high, which leads to the lack of trust in professional managers by business owners, which leads to a vicious circle; third, the influence of cultural tradition, the society has a one-sided understanding of family enterprises, to a certain extent, the development of family enterprises is difficult. Firstly, the concepts and characteristics of family business, professional managers and game theory are briefly introduced. Secondly, it uses the hypothesis of "rational person" in game theory and "economic man" in economics, according to what the author sees, hears and thinks, and then uses game theory thought and method to analyze the five aspects of job search, salary, benefit distribution, professional manager (team) damage to the interests of business owners and long-term interests, and makes qualitative and quantitative research on various phenomena. It also provides suggestions and references for both sides to ensure their reasonable interests and prevent some cheating. The purpose is to reduce the risk that professional managers damage business owners, protect the rights and interests of both owners and professional managers, improve the degree of social recognition of professional managers, maintain the reputation of professional managers, and promote the perfect development of professional managers' market by means of prior intervention. Then some conclusions of this paper are supported by the cases experienced by the author, which proves the rationality and scientific nature of the research results. Finally, the shortcomings of this paper are considered, and the content and direction of the next research are clarified.
