板式家具企业储位管理优化研究

【摘要】:家具行业是典型的劳动密集型的传统制造业,家具制造业已经成为国民经济中继食品、服装、家电后的第四大产业。 我国家具产业经过近15年的高速发展,如今已经逐渐进入整合阶段,竞争已呈现白热化,家具行业开始“洗牌”,中小型家具企业受到巨大冲击。另外,由于技术进步日新月异,产品需求日趋多变,市场竞争愈演愈烈,迫使企业不得不寻求更快的市场响应机制和生产经营方式。其仓储管理的好坏及成本是影响家具企业发展的重要因素。我国家具企业基本是以自然集群的方式形成的家具产业链,以中小型企业为主,多以粗放式生产经营,仓储管理也大多采用人工作业模式和数据采集方式,专业化生产和信息化管理程度较低。家具行业是制造业仓储管理中最为复杂者之一,随着企业的发展,仓储管理的物资种类数量在不断增加、出入库频率剧增,,仓储作业已十分复杂和多样化。传统静态仓储管理已无法保证资源整合的高效利用。因此企业仓储管理需要亟需信息化的转变,才能使企业在竞争中站稳脚步,稳固发展。 论文以浪度家具公司现有的仓储管理及储位分配为背景,针对该公司在仓储管理中存在的问题进行分析,分析其产生的主要原因。发现影响该公司仓储作业管理效率主要集中在仓库储位分配不够合理,需要通过公司仓库储位优化的方法来达到提高仓储作业的效率与节约物流系统成本的目的。由此根据浪度公司仓库具体实际情况,建立合理有效的仓库储位分配和优化方案。分析了浪度的仓储管理现状后,指出了目前的问题,并按照储位优化的原则和储放策略等提出了空间优化和时间优化两个方面的优化措施。最后,对本课题的研究做出了总结,并指出了后期的研究内容。 本文主要的研究成果有以下几点: 1.采用遗传算法中的交叉算法对双目标储位时间优化提出了新的储位储放策略以及提出了相应的编码方法,最终实现了缩短了入库时间最小化和缩短储位到出货口的距离的目标。 2.将混乱的库存进行储位策略优化存放,并利用启发性算法进行储位利用率两段化的优化方法,最后实现储位利用率提高的目标。 本文的创新点在于根据家具企业储放的特殊性,提出了一种优化储放策略:分类定位弹性储放策略。本文的研究填补了家具企业在储位优化方面研究的空白,为家具企业在这方面的应用提供了可借鉴性。
[Abstract]:Furniture industry is a typical labor-intensive traditional manufacturing industry, furniture manufacturing industry has become the national economic relay food, clothing, household appliances after the fourth largest industry. After nearly 15 years of rapid development, China's furniture industry has gradually entered the stage of integration, the competition has shown white heat, the furniture industry began to "shuffle", small and medium-sized furniture enterprises have been greatly impacted. In addition, due to the rapid development of technology, the demand for products is becoming more and more changeable, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, enterprises have to seek faster market response mechanism and production and management mode. The quality and cost of warehousing management is an important factor affecting the development of furniture enterprises. Furniture enterprises in our country are basically furniture industrial chain formed by natural cluster, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, mostly extensive production and management, warehousing management also mostly adopts manual operation mode and data acquisition mode, and the degree of specialized production and information management is low. Furniture industry is one of the most complex warehousing management in manufacturing industry. with the development of enterprises, the number of materials and materials in warehousing management is increasing, the frequency of warehousing is increasing sharply, and warehousing operations have become very complex and diversified. Traditional static warehousing management has been unable to ensure the efficient use of resource integration. Therefore, enterprise warehousing management needs the transformation of information technology, in order to make enterprises stand firm and develop steadily in the competition. Based on the existing warehousing management and storage allocation of Langdu Furniture Company, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the warehousing management of Langdu Furniture Company, and analyzes the main reasons for the problems existing in the warehousing management of Langdu Furniture Company. It is found that the storage management efficiency of the company is mainly focused on the unreasonable allocation of warehouse storage space, so it is necessary to improve the efficiency of warehousing operation and save the cost of logistics system through the method of warehouse storage optimization. Therefore, according to the actual situation of Langdu company warehouse, a reasonable and effective warehouse storage allocation and optimization scheme is established. After analyzing the present situation of wave storage management, this paper points out the current problems, and puts forward the optimization measures of space optimization and time optimization according to the principle of storage position optimization and storage strategy. Finally, the research of this topic is summarized, and the later research content is pointed out. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. A new storage strategy and a corresponding coding method are proposed to optimize the storage time of two objectives by using the cross algorithm in genetic algorithm.
