全球价值链下制造业低碳技术创新价值评估研究

【摘要】:全球气候变暖问题越来越受到关注,使得低碳经济发展被重视的程度逐渐增强。所谓低碳经济就是在可持续发展理念指导下,通过技术创新、制度创新、产业转型、新能源开发等多种手段,尽可能地减少煤炭、石油等高碳能源消耗,减少温室气体排放,达到经济社会发展与生态环境保护双赢的一种经济发展形态。发展低碳经济是我国实现由大国到强国转变的必然选择。低碳经济发展的关键就是发展低碳技术。制造业为我国经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献,我国制造业获得低碳技术的主要方式都是通过清洁发展机制,这种方式只能获低碳技术而不是低碳的核心技术,我国制造业只有通过低碳技术创新才能够提高其在全球范围内的竞争优势。 经济全球化打破了国家和地域的限制,在全球价值链下,,我国制造业处于价值链的底端,在全球化发展的过程中我国制造业,应该积极发挥比较优势,通过高效率和低成本提升制造业在全球价值链中的位置。本文结合国内外研究进展,从价值哲学的角度出发结合我国制造业在全球价值链中的地位对低碳技术创新的价值进行研究。并从经济价值、生态价值、社会价值三方面进行价值分析,并构建了全球价值链下制造业低碳技术创新价值评估指标体系,通过(AHP)层次分析方法对全球价值链下造业低碳技术创新价值进行了实证研究。最后对全球价值链下制造业低碳技术创新的价值提升提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the problem of global warming, so that the development of low-carbon economy has been paid more and more attention. Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, the so-called low-carbon economy is a kind of economic development form, which can reduce the consumption of high carbon energy such as coal and oil as much as possible, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and achieve a win-win situation between economic and social development and ecological environment protection through technological innovation, institutional innovation, industrial transformation, new energy development and other means. The development of low-carbon economy is the inevitable choice for our country to realize the transformation from a big country to a strong country. The key to the development of low-carbon economy is the development of low-carbon technology. Manufacturing industry has made great contributions to the development of China's economy. The main way for China's manufacturing industry to obtain low-carbon technology is through the clean development mechanism. This way can only obtain low-carbon technology rather than low-carbon core technology. Only through low-carbon technology innovation can China's manufacturing industry improve its competitive advantage in the global scope. Economic globalization has broken the national and regional restrictions. Under the global value chain, China's manufacturing industry is at the bottom of the value chain. In the process of globalization, China's manufacturing industry should give full play to its comparative advantages and enhance the position of manufacturing industry in the global value chain through high efficiency and low cost. Based on the research progress at home and abroad, this paper studies the value of low-carbon technological innovation from the perspective of value philosophy and the position of China's manufacturing industry in the global value chain. The value analysis is carried out from three aspects: economic value, ecological value and social value, and the evaluation index system of low-carbon technology innovation in manufacturing industry under the global value chain is constructed, and the value of low-carbon technology innovation in manufacturing industry under the global value chain is empirically studied by (AHP) analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the value of manufacturing low-carbon technological innovation under the global value chain.
