蒙古国基础设施问题研究

从2011年到2015年期间,蒙古经济形势严峻,每年GDP增长率仅为17.8%。在2016年前夕经济急剧下滑。这是商品市场转向开放市场的结果,这使得该国陷入贫困。当前的形势急需进行经济改革和基础设施改革。由于政府向公众发行债券的不良决策,所以蒙古现在没有能力扭转其基础设施,这是目前无法扭转的局面。蒙古每年有大约25亿的外债,来自那些经济发展大的国家,中国是他们之一。不久前,在俄罗斯的帮助下,蒙古获得了独立。中国在2016拿出25亿为不发达国家改造基础设施,对这一点的延迟是对国家经济不确定性结果的恐惧。本研究建立在中国对蒙古经济在微观和宏观的阶段的影响。蒙古是一个人口约300万公民的小国。这块土地位于两个大国中华人民共和国与俄罗斯之间。一边是与东海岸接壤的沙漠,另一边是海拔约14000英尺的山峰。尽管有巨大的矿产资源,但是铜和铀在国内确是稀少的。这个国家的气候非常恶劣。冬天的温度可以达到零下40摄氏度,使生命几乎无法承受。冬季从九月到次年四月,如Dess,G.G.(1987)所述。因此,基础设施的发展受到很大的阻碍。在悠久的岁月中,政府并没有建设足够的基础设施来满足地区的需求。当地人遵循...
