【摘要】：私募股权投资作为先进的投资模式，是金融创新和产业创新的结果，其运作方式拓宽了企业融资渠道，推动了被投资企业的价值发现和价值增值，同时提供了高收益的投资渠道，也起到了促进产业结构升级、实现优势产业有效整合的作用，在全球范围内已形成一个庞大的产业，它所创造的经济效益巨大，业绩令人瞩目。近年来，苏州工业园区（简称“园区”）在推动经济结构转变方面，取得了十分显著的成效。这其中，园区在促进股权投资尤其是私募股权投资行业发展方面进行了大量有益的创新和探索，，体现出很强的第一性、唯一性，走在了国内行业的前列，已成为江苏省私募股权投资发展创新力最强、集聚度最高的区域之一。然而，园区私募股权投资发展仍然处于起步阶段，仍存在许多现实问题和发展障碍，极大制约了园区私募股权投资的进一步发展。因此，借鉴发达国家私募股权投资发展的成功经验，充分发挥园区既有优势，探究适合园区私募股权投资发展的路径并制定和实施切实有效的发展策略，具有重要的现实意义。本文基于国内外研究的基础，采用理论与实践相结合的方法，从私募股权投资的概念入手，分析私募股权投资的运作机制；在借鉴发达国家私募股权投资成功经验的大背景下，结合园区实际及园区私募股权投资发展概况、存在问题，指出园区发展私募股权投资的必要性与优势，从而提出了适合园区私募股权投资发展的策略措施。
[Abstract]:As an advanced investment mode, private equity investment is the result of financial innovation and industrial innovation. Its operation has widened the financing channels of enterprises and promoted the value discovery and value appreciation of invested enterprises. At the same time, it provides a high-income investment channel, also plays the role of promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and realizing the effective integration of superior industries. It has formed a huge industry in the global scope, which has created huge economic benefits. The achievements are impressive. In recent years, the Suzhou Industrial Park ("the park") has made remarkable achievements in promoting the transformation of economic structure. The park has carried on a lot of beneficial innovation and exploration in promoting the equity investment, especially in the private equity investment industry, which reflects the strong first and unique, and has been in the forefront of the domestic industry. Private equity investment in Jiangsu Province has become one of the most innovative areas with the highest concentration. However, the development of private equity investment in the park is still in the initial stage, there are still many practical problems and obstacles to development. Therefore, draw lessons from the successful experience of the development of private equity investment in developed countries, give full play to the existing advantages of the park. It is of great practical significance to explore the path suitable for the development of private equity investment in the park and to formulate and implement effective development strategies. Based on the research at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the operation mechanism of private equity investment from the concept of private equity investment by combining theory with practice. Under the background of the successful experience of private equity investment in developed countries, combined with the actual campus and the development of private equity investment in the park, there are problems, pointing out the necessity and advantages of the park to develop private equity investment. Therefore, the paper puts forward the strategies and measures suitable for the development of private equity investment in the park.
